They came specifically because they felt they had a connection? Jesus tapdancing Christ. Muh fee-fees strike again.
Oh is that how it works?
Ok well then knock knock, Norway. Open up, Japan. Ding dong, Canada.
Wherever there's trees and mountains you gotta let me in. That's where I feel a connection. Don't discriminate me.

Unironically I do feel bad killing pests like Mice in my home. But they also don't belong in my home. Me feeling like its a shame for killing them is not a viable argument against me doing so. Had they stayed in the fields and forests outside my home, they would be alive. And I don't go out of my way to kill animals unnecessarily. But while I can feel bad for the mouse I kill in my kitchen, I will also not be deterred from doing so. The mouse in my kitchen is an invader. He takes food that is not his. He makes his home in places that are not his, and strips the product of my effort to build for himself an unearned place.

I can understand why he does so. It is natural. But what is also natural is the need for me to kill the mouse. Nature is not about what is fair. Nature is about what is Just. And what is mine is not for the mouse to steal or destroy. I have a moral duty to my home and family to kill the mouse. One that supersedes and right to life the mouse has. I cannot have my children's food be despoiled by his theft, or the diseases he carries be inflicted upon me and mine. Nor can I tolerate him gnawing at the very foundations of my home to bring it to ruin over time. Or worse, siring a massive progeny to multiply the calamity he brings ten fold.

I do feel bad that I had to kill the mouse. But I still killed the mouse.
Conversely whenever I find a jumping spider in my house I try to take them outside because they'll probably die of dehydration inside and I'd rather they be hunting potential pests outside the house.

People aren't going to know who you are just by mentioning a graduating year. Don't be a retard.
Probably not. You might need additional information like

But as soon as I went to a 2 year trade school right after high school for Digital Film and Animation, my dreams were swiftly crushed when I not only learned the news about the traditional way coming to an end, but the fact that in my first 3D Graphic class it took a whole fucking semester to not only create a non-humanoid blob but to also get it's bone structure to work properly even in motion. After my 1st year I went "fuck this" and dropped out.
Did not go to college and proud of it. Took one year of Digital Film and Animation in trade school.

Sad thing is, I don't have a crock pot. I need to get one though. That and an air fryer too. I just don't have a whole lot as far as cooking stuff goes. That's going to change in the next couple of months though. It just hasn't been a high priority of mine. I have pots and pans, but that's about it. Things are getting a little easier and I'm able to afford some things now, so we'll see what happens in the next month or two. I'm gonna start a little at a time and try and ween myself off of being so dependent on TV dinners and stop being a lazy fat ass and do something. Wish me luck, fellas.
Do yourself a favor and get yourself a multi-cooker instead of a slow cooker. There are many brands and models on the market to choose from, and almost all of them have a slow cooker function. One that has a Saute or Sear function is also a plus. Sear or saute the vegetables and the meat before adding broth and turning it to slow cook for extra good flavor. That way, you won't have a huge clutter of appliances cluttering up your house. You also won't have a huge stack of dirty dishes ti ckean up.

The only single-function appliance I recommend is a small rice cooker, because you can't make rice in your multi-cooker if you already have something cooking in there, and rice rarely turns out well if you add it to a soup or stew. Cook it on the side and add it just before serving for best results.

As for the air fryer, I recommend a small and simple 4-quart air fryer for your maiden voyage. If you find you don't like air-frying (some people don't), at least you haven't wasted a bunch of money or sucked up a huge amount of counter or storage space, and you don't need a huge one if it's just for yourself. Protip: reheated pizza in the air fryer is god-tier food, you'll never microwave it or eat it cold again. Canned biscuits are a whole different food when air fried. And if you buy a silicon air fryer sleeve, you can make nachos in there; just put the sleeve and layered nachos in the bottom and gently rest the grill over the top of them so the chips don't blow away. Same thing with grilled cheese sandwiches, just remember to turn them so both sides get brown. Good luck on real food friend. I rarely eat in restaurants any more because the food is just so disappointing.

Who said we gave a damn where they go? As long as it's not here receiving my tax dollars in freebies.
I'm sure the Left are praying every day that Trump shares Mao's attitude towards food production and distribution so that they can finally get their egg price win.
So long as he doesn't take a 'Four Pests Campaign' approach to the problem.

>$10M for "Mozambique voluntary medical male circumcision."

So, I was paying tax dollars to circumcise niggers? This is one of the most Jewish things that our government has done, besides bankrolling Israel.

I picked up this pamphlet at a border crossing in a Southern African country a few years ago. Its one of those interesting souvenirs collected along the way. Instructions on how to clean your dick in a yoghurt container provided by USAID.

chop1 - Copy.jpgchop2 - Copy.jpgchop3 - Copy.jpgchop4 - Copy.jpg

There's an argument that being circumcised lowers the risk of transmission of HIV because the foreskin can tear increasing the risk of transmission. That's a plausible mechanism but it's a fairly negligible intervention. I assume it's promoted because people in these countries ignore the HIV prevention education and there's some argument that this may slightly lower the transmission rates if they circumcise them.

It's somewhat antiquated thinking. Just chop their dicks because they can't behave. I'm sure it's also pushed just because people want to promote circumcision and these populations are easy to get to go along with it. You can go to these places and tell them they need to take any vaccine and they'll just trust Western magic.

I doubt it has any real impact. Would anyone that advocates this trust sticking their circumcised dick in an AIDS hole and assume protection? Of course not. Obviously circumcised people get riddled with HIV.

Various lobby groups promote it. Usually for ideological/religious reasons, masking it as for public health.

They have conducted studies to show that circumcised populations in Africa have lower rates of HIV/AIDS. These studies were observational and ignored many variables. They looked at different populations, ones that were circumcised and ones that weren't. They found the circumcised populations (they selected) had lower HIV/AIDs. There for assumed that was why. Ignoring that there were cultural and religious reasons for why they were circumcised which also led to less promiscuous sexual behaviour. Which would be the biggest factor in the lowered rates.

When this is pointed out, they revert back to the mechanism of foreskin tearing. To which I say, circle back to would any of them raw dog an AIDS hole trusting their lack of foreskin for protection. The answer is no.

Fun fact in the book the bugs were actually intelligent and had conquered and enslaved other alien species before fighting with humanity. Honestly starship troopers the film doesn't really work well as satire once you realize the director didn't even read the original book.

Just reminding that you should avoid providing exact or specific information on the internet, even in crumbs. As someone who wants to own zone you after you made them sticker seethe or the rare redditor who's IQ broke the three digit wall lurking will rise out of their own respective tent city to fuck with you for having pushed their switch to pounce on your opsec lack. ESPECIALLY HERE OF ALL PLACES too. We're one shanty town down from the designated seething threads. :story:

"It's just my graduation year" + "I just mentioned a company I worked for by name a few years ago" + "I just mentioned my state" all adds up fellas. You cut your pool of who you could be down from billions to millions to thousands to hundred pretty damn quick.

I'll take my government fundated puzzle pieces now.
The correct solution here is to periodically send yourself invite codes and then abandon your accounts every time you hit an arbitrary number of messages.
That or sock it up like the good old days.
I don't have to worry about that, though. I'm a 57 year old multi-millionaire with five houses I can escape to and a thriving houseplants-and-gold business.

Can confirm, the crust gets good and crisped back up, and it only takes a few minutes in a preheated fryer.

Do these people ever stop to ask themselves how stupid their arguments sound? Hitler killed the jews because he had free speech? Like do they not grasp that they're basically saying Hitler was right?

No, they do not. The last 8 years are more than ample evidence of that.

Its such an idiotic attempt at satire even if he had read the book. Like, no shit fascism is bad, but guess what its still better than being eaten by giant bugs.

Edit "giant books" lol

Thats the thing, even at its most fascist, the Federation is necessary when the Bugs mind hacked the Sky Marshall into worshipping the Bug God into killing a bunch of soldiers killed. Under the situations every movie presents, diplomacy is not an option.

Even the protestor in the wheelchair you're supposed to feel sympathy for, I feel disgust at his inability to die with dignity. He's an annoying hippie that doesn't really know what he's talking about because the war is real, necessary, and by Traitor of Mars, one the Feds are losing.

Aight now this is just getting unfairly amazing, they are openly complaining that no one in real life cares

WONDER HOW THAT FEELS?

I came across this one the other day. People upset a celebrity podcast isn't part of their "world is burning down" echo chamber. How addicted to this shit do people have to be where they can't stand light entertainment podcasts not being the constant sky is falling narrative? They clearly want no escape from it.

Its like when people try to do the whole “ahh the impurium is actually evil” like yeah no shit its evil but then again it's better than chaos the same faction that created the daemonculba.

So about that Rhode Island Judge. Turns out he is on the board of a NGO called Crossroads Rhode Island. This NGO gets money from Rhode Island and Rhode Island gets funding federal government (which was cut off).
This is a huge conflict of interest and I hope he gets impeached and disbarred for it.

/1🚨BREAKING — FEDERAL JUDGE McCONNELL MUST RECUSE HIMSELF IMMEDIATELY.

AFL has uncovered a major potential conflict of interest for Judge John McConnell, Chief Judge of the federal district court of Rhode Island, who halted President Trump’s temporary spending freeze.
READ ⬇
/2 AFL has uncovered evidence suggesting that Judge McConnell appears to be currently serving on the Board of Directors for the non-profit NGO Crossroads Rhode Island, where he was previously the Chair of the Board and is still currently listed as the Chair-Emeritus.
/3 In fact, Judge McConnell has appeared as a Director on Crossroads’ IRS Form 990 every year since he took the federal bench in 2013.
/4 And, for much of that time, he served as Chair of the Board, a position he held from 2011 through 2021.

Prior to serving as Chair, he was the Vice Chair in 2009 and 2010 and a board member from 2006 to 2008.
/5 According to Crossroads’ 2023 Form 990, Crossroads Rhode Island received over $18.6 million in government funding that year alone.

That accounted for over half of its $30 million of revenue.
/6 AFL’s review of required disclosure forms reveals that since Judge McConnell became Vice Chair of the Board of Crossroads Rhode Island in 2009, the organization has received over $117.6 million in government funding (accounting to the end of 2023).

Crossroads received over $42 million from 2020 to 2023 from government sources, including the state of Rhode Island, a named plaintiff in the lawsuit.
/7 This year, Rhode Island government records show that Crossroads Rhode Island has already received just under $2.9 million in FY2025 to provide various programs and services to Rhode Island, one of the plaintiffs.
/8 Why is this significant? Keep reading. ⬇️
/9 It is common practice for the federal government to disburse money to the states, which then hand it out to NGOs like Crossroads Rhode Island.

Here, Judge McConnell ordered taxpayer dollars to continue flowing to the states, including Rhode Island, writing, “tates rely on federal funds to provide and maintain vital programs.”
/10 USA Spending shows that in the past 15 years, 155 federal grants to Rhode Island state and local governments list Crossroads Rhode Island as a sub-awardee.

In FY2023 alone, the organization’s audit shows that more than $10 million in federal funding flowed through Rhode Island to Crossroads.
/11 In short, in the 18 years Judge McConnell has been on the board of Crossroads Rhode Island, it has received over $128 million in government funding.

When Judge McConnell ruled against the Trump Administration and required federal taxpayers to continue funding the State of Rhode Island, it seems that he also required continued funding for his pet “non-profit,” Crossroads Rhode Island.
/12 Federal law, 28 U.S.C. § 455, requires judges to disqualify themselves “in any proceeding in which [their] impartiality might reasonably be questioned.
/13 The law further requires judges to disqualify themselves when they are a fiduciary or have any other interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding
/14 Directors of non-profits have fiduciary responsibilities to their organizations under Rhode Island Law. 7 R.I. Gen. Laws § 7-6-22(b).

The Judicial Conference of the United States imposes the same rules in the Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges.
/15 But that’s not all… ⬇️
/16 Judges must avoid even the appearance of bias.
/17 In the words of the Supreme Court, “An insistence on the appearance of neutrality is not some artificial attempt to mask imperfection in the judicial process, but rather an essential means of ensuring the reality of a fair adjudication.

Both the appearance and reality of impartial justice are necessary to the public legitimacy of judicial pronouncements and thus to the rule of law itself.”
/18 To recap: Judge McConnell has been on the board of an NGO for nearly 20 years, a board he still apparently sits on.

In that time, that NGO has received over $128 million dollars in government funding from the state, a recipient of federal taxpayer dollars.

This NGO, to which he owes a fiduciary duty, stood to lose millions of dollars based on the outcome of his decision in the case.
/19 Given the heightened public scrutiny of this case and the profound constitutional implications inherent in binding the actions of the President of the United States, the appearance of a conflict of interest is highly problematic, to say the least.
/20 If, as the documents suggest, Judge McConnell has been a leader of Crossroads Rhode Island, and if, as the documents also suggest, he knew or should have known that Crossroads Rhode Island would stand to benefit from his ruling against the federal taxpayers, then it seems he should have fully disclosed his entanglement with this federally funded organization up front and recused himself from the matter.

He did not do these things.

Now, it appears he should immediately vacate his TRO and swiftly recuse himself from this case without delay to comply with his ethical obligations.
