This, exactly. He detailed his plan on how he was going to leave her as soon as the kid was born, and I believe with my soul he would have followed through on that plan. I feel so bad for her, because she feels regret for terminating a pregnancy that sounds like she wanted. But she wanted it under very specific circumstances, as in, a present father, help with raising this child, and an intact family unit. The second that fucker stepped out on her, he made it a situation she did NOT agree to. Ergo, she was completely within her rights to terminate the pregnancy. She would NOT be raising that kid in the way she envisioned. And, for me, that is an automatic no-go. She did the right thing. She would have just regretted it in the long run.

Another appointment, another morning using your limited paid time off and finally a doctor takes you seriously. You have a condition which can be resolved with a simple outpatient surgery. He says the surgery will end your pain and these ridiculous periods. Amazing. After months and months, you have hope, and can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.

Ok, he's a bit weird, he's a man in gynaecology for starters, he's an Indian, and you think maybe he was rubbing your leg while you were talking about your pain.
But you probably just imagined it, and anyway, you're about to get your life back.

I assume it’s just as bad if not worse in places like Canada, but here in Australia if you don’t live in a major city where you have the inherent ability to doctor shop… often times the ONLY medical specialist available to you is a pajeet. They import them and stick them in regional cities and towns, because fuck you for not spending $1.5 million on a house in Melbourne or Sydney and spending 3 hours a day stuck in traffic for your work commute. “Bunch of poors, who cares if they’re subjected to medical poopractice!” You will have to travel maybe 100s of kilometres to doctor shop for the privilege of not having your life in the hands of a poo man.

I’ve always preferred female gynecologists. I never had a concrete reason why before, but now I think it is extremely weird when men go into the gynecology field. Of all the things to specialize in, he had to pick that? It gives me creep and/or predator vibes. Even more of a reason to be suspicious of them.

If a doctor stole any of my body parts for no reason without my consent, you can bet I will be doing something about it. I won’t elaborate further.

• The victim became pregnant while under full-time care at the Hacienda HealthCare facility. The pregnancy had gone completely unnoticed until she gave birth. Instead, facility staff had treated her for constipation and weight gain, and even reduced her caloric intake.
• The woman gave birth to a baby boy on the afternoon of December 29, 2018 without any major complications. However, immediately after facility staff had attended to the birth, the newborn baby was not breathing and had to be resuscitated.
• The newborn may grow up to have developmental problems, as the mother was on many different types of medications such as phenobarbital and had not received any pregnancy-related care.

• On December 29, Hacienda HealthCare staff promptly called 911 when they discovered that the patient had given birth. An investigation was launched, with DNA samples taken from all male nurses at the facility. On January 22, 2019, the results of the newborn were matched with Nathan Sutherland's, who was then arrested that same day.
• The victim's family filed a $45 million lawsuit against the State of Arizona, which accused the state of "gross negligence," and that it had "cultivated circumstances" which allowed for the lack of monitoring in long-term care facilities.
• The lawsuit also claimed that the family had requested for female nurses to take care of their daughter since 2002 when staff claimed that she had been "touched inappropriately," but this request had never been carried out by the facility.

• Nathan Sutherland, defended by attorney David Gregan, pleaded not guilty on February 5, 2019.
• In June 2021, the parties reached a $15 million settlement, which is in addition to a $7.5 million settlement from the State of Arizona.
• In September 2021, he pleaded guilty to sexual assault and abuse of a vulnerable adult.
• In December 2021, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison, receiving credit for time served, amounting to about three years.

You could speculate that these doctors don't give a shit if you are +35, they will just think that you wont use those organs anyway at that age and just reduce the future cancer risk.
