u/Resurrtor: Thank you, thats definitely a good idea. I think the reason why vaginoplasty boards can't necessarily help me is because people that are MTF start with different tissue/structures and all the surgeons I talked to didn't want to operate on a FTMTF individual

Is it not as simple as just removing the rotdog? I mean at the end of the day it’s just a barely hanging on attachment. How hard can it be to reverse?

They can remove the 'dog, but most women who have phalloplasties also have vaginectomies (as in, removal of the vaginal tissue) and have their vulva sewn shut. That will take extensive surgeries to even begin to try to bring back in any capacity, and it really won't ever be the same. And of course there is no coming back from the necessary total hysterectomy they do first.
