Didn't Nick publish the name and address of everyone that filed a bar complaint against him?
No, not everyone. I think during Weebwars he censored those. However, IIRC, he did not censor one or more of the later ones he got concerning Keffals.
IMHO, the hypocrisy is most evident from the difference between how he handled the CHIPS stuff, from how he handled Ron Toye's divorce and domestic violence shit five years earlier.
In 2019,
@JosephTX drove to a Texas courthouse and spent $122 pulling 244 pages of documents concerning Ron Toye. Pic related:
That's how we got the infamous remote control story. It even included stuff concerning Ron's son. Nick thought that was the cat's ass. He went over them on his show gloating (although he did censor some things).
Fast forward to 2024 and
@MNPublicRecords does something eerily similar by pulling Nick's CHIPS case from a Minnesota courthouse.
Completely different reaction. Emergency shower call to Null (stupidly confirming their authenticity), a motion to the court to have the docket sealed, and... oh, by the way
@Potentially Criminal is a traitorous fat bastard for going over the docs on his own show.
TL;DR, Nick thinks people have a right to know Ron Toye threatened his ex-wife with domestic violence, and to kill a dog, but nobody is supposed to know Nick's 8 year old tested positive for coke. The only difference I can see is one thing concerns Ron, and the other Nick.
What a difference five years makes.
