It seems that little progress is made because as the OP, only @Schizoid Wife can edit things in. We have drafted new sections that are practically ready to be pasted in barring some minor corrections. The thread moved incredibly fast and ballooned to over 200 pages, hence why we decided to request moving it out early. It isn't ideal, but the OP has enough to get the idea and it's not like it gets locked out of updating. If multiple people could edit an OP, it would be much easier to get edits in.

It’s not like this is some massive undertaking, it’s just gathering and formatting information that’s already been found.
