If anyone is guilty of "going after the Constitution" it's Biden's admin, by allegedly writing and signing these documents via autopen playing pretend president by proxy.
But we all know that Biden is a drooling corpse who was never in power. The common man already knows this, as much as the Dems try to gaslight you. This isn't breaking news—the guy literally had to drop out of the race because of this. We can keep talking about it but this changes nothing. The press isn't suddenly going to admit that Biden was never in power either.
The autopen situation is fucked and I'm not claiming that Biden is a good boy, but Trump is playing with fire because he's literally going after the Constitution this time. Of course, the Founding Fathers wouldn't have known that 250 years later a crooked man and his staff would use an automatic pen to sign documents, but there's no legal framework for this. As others have pointed out, Trump can't just say that he can void official acts and carry on. There needs to be an actual interpretation of the pardon powers that I'm sure the SCOTUS, as cucked as they are, won't touch.
So again, how is this 4D chess if nothing really changes? People aren't going to suddenly revolt in the streets because Biden was illegitimate, and Dems are already forced to grin and pretend that Biden was a good president. Even the best outcome of all of this would be a retarded SCOTUS decision where they claim that everything an admin does, even if the president is braindead, is valid because they were vested in that authority.
On the other hand, if Trump continues to push this it will only be regarded as a Q Anon-tier conspiracy theory and as much you like Trump, he has cowish tendencies, so he'll look like a retard. Or are you just going to say Trump is pretending to be retarded for some long-term, fuzzy goal?
