Again it's not the Autopen it's the fact that someone else could have been signing the Pardons instead of Joe, and that Joe may not have even known about them at the time of signing.
It's crazy but Professor Donger has swayed me on this debate. After having seen the first 2024 presidential debate, I do honestly agree that Joe was 100% being run by a cabal of people we didn't vote for. He was like one of those Chinese child emperors where the advisors actually run everything. And so if he didn't physically touch these pardons and also never heard about them... maybe throw them out?

It's wild to me that people don't seem to understand that Joe Biden wasn't mentally there for at least the last year of his presidency. You can see it every fucking time he talks

You niggers arguing that an unelected theater kid with access to an auto-pen with Biden's signature is a-okay are the same fucks who'd scream constitutional crisis and end of democracy if it was a fucking Trump aide doing the same shit under the current administration. You TDS faggots are some of the worst, most disingenuous scum bags I've ever had the displeasure of associating with, even with something as trivial as just being members of the same forum. Sincerely, and whole-heartedly: eat a bullet. I genuinely despise you. Your kind are the reason I can hardly ever engage in good-faith arguments anymore. All you ever want to do is win, regardless of how retarded your position may be. There's no reasoning to be had with you, so do the rest of us a favor and suck-start a thirty-aught-six.

Man literally has dementia and has had multiple on film instances of him forgetting shit that he shouldn't be forgetting. His not signing something and then being told that he did is not a hard thing to get away with. If you've interacted with any old person with dementia or Alzheimer, it's very easy to convince them that they did something that they didn't.
So just because you have 'dementia or Alzheimer' (which hasn't even been proven to be true), means you're actions as president are invalid? Seriously?

It's pretty clear to me and at least 60%+ of Americans that Joe Biden was not president for 4 years.

Some shadow junta of Democratic staffers was running the show. $50 says Biden can't use the bathroom unaided.
It doesn't even have to be a shadow junta, it could be the same shit that happened with Wilson after his stroke where his wife was effectively the President. I could see Jill signing shit with autopen in Joes name to try and keep it "above board" and then gaslighting her husband while he's smearing ice cream and shitting himself that he signed the pardons.

Former Trump voter here. There is no plan. Trump is just insane. He’s tearing up alliances to help support Putin, his supporters have this insane idea that protesting at a Tesla station is terrorism, and the economy is collapsing while innocent citizens are getting disappeared in foreign nations without due process because they’re just brown.
Not gonna lie, former Trump voter here. This is fucking hilarious watching Trump crash and burn. But in all seriousness we can't let this guy get the nuclear codes.

Nobody can argue with you because you preface everything incorrectly.

Biden signed basically nothing. It's arguable he wasn't even vaguely aware of things signed in his name. Literally his entire presidency was Weekend at Bernie's. For four years the country was run by committee while propping up essentially a stuffed animal as the president.

Yes it's invalid. Nobody voted for the Pretend We Have A President Club to run the country. A human being became president, and he was not able to discharge those duties. Instead of being replaced, he was sidelined in his own administration.

and now we get to watch absolutely nobody be held accountable

Congrats, you are the winner.

This is why all the retards here from the feature are so annoying. They preface their arguments with incorrect assumptions and it makes it infuriating to read and reply to them. To make it clear: Biden never authorized the pardons at all. We don't even know who actually authorized it and forged the signature, which implies a very serious crisis.

I hate to say this, because i hate the bitch but the best things the dems could have done for 2024's election would have been to get rid of joe a year into his election with the 25th and put Kamala in... actually no it would have been worse because Trump would have had the means to absolutely wreck her even more for being a terrible president.

The Supreme Court has ruled that pardons can't be revoked. Who's the retard?
But if a white house Aide signed Biden's name on the pardon without Biden's knowledge (and Trumps somehow manages to prove it) do we keep pretending the pardon was valid?

The logical, just answer is no, of course not. Biden didn't actually issue the pardon, his Aide committed fraud.

But the likely alternative is that the Supreme Court just slaps another piece of duct tape on Biden's legitimacy like's it's been doing from the start.

If anyone is guilty of "going after the Constitution" it's Biden's admin, by allegedly writing and signing these documents via autopen playing pretend president by proxy.
But we all know that Biden is a drooling corpse who was never in power. The common man already knows this, as much as the Dems try to gaslight you. This isn't breaking news—the guy literally had to drop out of the race because of this. We can keep talking about it but this changes nothing. The press isn't suddenly going to admit that Biden was never in power either.

The autopen situation is fucked and I'm not claiming that Biden is a good boy, but Trump is playing with fire because he's literally going after the Constitution this time. Of course, the Founding Fathers wouldn't have known that 250 years later a crooked man and his staff would use an automatic pen to sign documents, but there's no legal framework for this. As others have pointed out, Trump can't just say that he can void official acts and carry on. There needs to be an actual interpretation of the pardon powers that I'm sure the SCOTUS, as cucked as they are, won't touch.

So again, how is this 4D chess if nothing really changes? People aren't going to suddenly revolt in the streets because Biden was illegitimate, and Dems are already forced to grin and pretend that Biden was a good president. Even the best outcome of all of this would be a retarded SCOTUS decision where they claim that everything an admin does, even if the president is braindead, is valid because they were vested in that authority.

On the other hand, if Trump continues to push this it will only be regarded as a Q Anon-tier conspiracy theory and as much you like Trump, he has cowish tendencies, so he'll look like a retard. Or are you just going to say Trump is pretending to be retarded for some long-term, fuzzy goal?
