That's not at all what the clause is saying or what it's for. It's to establish that judges may hold their position for life. What would the point of impeachment be if a simple majority without the complexities of impeachment could be done? The clause doesn't grant Congress any additional power nor does it provide a mechanism for removing a judge who may be outside 'good Behavior'. There is solely impeachment or dissolving/reorganizing the district via act of Congress (which does not technically require 2/3s majority).
Even if that's the case they did more for the country than those faggots talking shit will ever do in their lives.
If the Democrats were smart, they would allow one judge to be impeached as a warning. What did McConnell say all those years ago about Bobama judges? "You are going to regret this, and you are going to regret this sooner than you think" is what I remember.
