He has said he will use the "FULL array of legal powers vested in his position to enforce adherence. Upto and not limited to filing contempt charges against Trump if his requests are not fullfilled"

Because district courts have the power to bring charges against the President. It's right there in the Constitution!

Judge Boasberg has set a hearing for 14:30 today (Friday) as he felt the responses to his questions by the DoJ were "insufficient".
*Snip*

Do it faggot, try to charge Trump with contempt *snip*

Fun times ahead!
I don't really see this as 'fun' outside of shit posting. Actually I find it very frustrating that this behavior is being allowed at all as it's a waste of time and the administration not stomping this out only gives these actions the perception of legitimacy (not that they actually are). This judge is being allowed to operate outside of his judicial powers and is actually threatening the president with contempt charges. He's saying he has 'wartime' powers that don't exist.

While it may be funny to call these people retarded and such I don't find this situation very funny.

that's because you're a sad sad person

Kennedy whole process is that he pulls a Columbo with the soft spoken hick accent that actually does his research.

Which really works cause about 2/3 of the people he is grilling were not even alive when Columbo first came out.
I think of him as a cross between Columbo and Matlock. He's one of the best out there when it comes to disarming and then going in for the kill.

This is true, and AAA games have (generally) expanded in scope but I'm torn on what the major increase in labor is actually about. Is it because AAA titles are now openish world games where you walk around between dozens of different minigames someone has to program? Or is it because ballooning visual fidelity means some poor bastard is painting endless 4k textures down to minute detail and that just takes a lot longer?

Think of software as a machine. The more complex the machine is, the more expensive it is to build and test. More parts, more designers, more testers, etc. The way they've defrayed this cost is predominantly through in-game transactions rather than raising the price of the games. If they did the latter, just keeping up with inflation would bring games to $80 ($50 in 2005 dollars is $80 in today's dollars), and then the increased costs bring that well over $100. As annoying as battle passes and all that shit is, selling that game for cheap and then keeping it alive with "seasons" for potentially years on end has turned out to be a much more successful revenue model than selling the game for a high price and needing to sell millions and millions of units in 90 days or go bankrupt.

While Europe is thinking about canceling F-35 contracts in favor of obsolete European-made aircraft, Trump is announcing the successor to the F-22, the F-47:

Who's making it? If its Boeing I think it'll be a decade before they fly their first test. SpaceX making it is a bit on the nose but it would run better.

What happened in some parts was damn near a conspiracy theory.

We're talking mercenaries, black bag operations, dudes being run through the sawmill and thrown in the mill pond, shit like that.

There's a few mineshafts out around Chehalis, Vader, and Onalaska that got some new residents around that time.

Cops and feds didn't give two fucks since it was the only way to break those fuckers. Especially the gang down near Tualatin.

I mean yes and no

old people tell stories and the stories get more and more fanciful as they get older and there are fewer people to contradict them

the PNW is more full of murderation than outsiders know but it's not actually as full as murderation as locals like to claim

one place you're wrong is that the feds *did* care, they were all up in it

It is Boeing, and Trump said that they have been flying it for 5 years, with much of the infrastructure needed to ramp up production has already been built.

Trump said that the Biden administration was delaying the program.
