They're going to argue that "nazi" no longer has a definition other than "bad person, not of our political tribe." And with the right lefty judge, it might work. Remember, these are the guys who redefined racism so that their pet blacks can NEVER be racist and all White people are ALWAYS racist. Post-Modernists do not care about the definition of words, they just want the word-weapons to harm you, silence you, and shift the power dynamics.
Actual question, if inmigration causes crime, why are current studies skewed to say otherwise? Is it faulty methodology, or the statistics themselves are cooked?
Lefty dogma is such that brown people are innocent soulful saints that are always, inherently, as good or better than Whites. In addition White nations must always, without fail, retool themselves into support networks for nonwhites, which means bringing in as many nonwhites as humanly possible, as this is the burden White people must bear for our unforgivable original sin -- being White and having a base level of competence.
If you're not in the bubble, you realize that means they must think White people are better than nonwhites but White people are evil and owe the rest of the world a free ride. You'll also note that these types almost universally do not live amongst immigrants, in fact the first time any of these fucks actually balked at infinity migrants was when the red states started bussing them to blue states. "We want infinity immigrants but WE shouldn't have to pay for it, we already ARE diverse (we hire a black driver and have a latinx garnder working in our HOA) -- YOU should pay for them, as penance for not being part of our tribe!"

It's not mean to persuade anyone (although that's a nice side effect if they can get it to work) it's designed to obfuscate the issue, silence any critics, and ultimately slow down the debate to effectively not happen so the current status quo -- infinity immigrants -- stays.
You'll note they never even consider the idea of STOPPING the Infinity Immigrants while they do studies (although if you want to build some factory somewhere they'll force you to stop for 20-30 years while they study rare bugs in the area) or what have you. They set up the current status quo and prevent any future debate, while also sliding things to their own beliefs whenever possible.
For another example of this, look at anything to do with transsexuals. It's a "settled science" and any discussion about it will be at best prevented outright, but if they can't prevent it outright they'll use their infinite amount of bullshit studies to obfuscate and slow down any discussion or debate to hold the current status quo -- "let me talk your son into chopping his own dick off without telling you" -- forever.
It's kind a rhetorical version of a zip tie. You can click one way, but at best you can only hold things still when trying to go the other direction.
Honestly, if I were in charge of SNAP, i'd keep it to the basics: Meats (no T bone's or porterhouses, keep it to frozen/raw chicken, ground beef, etc), fruits, veggies, water, (Gatorade maybe?), breads, beans/staples, and seasonings. If you wanna buy Krave (a personal favorite of mine) or Pop Tarts or whatever, use your own money, but SNAP is only for the essentials to survive on. Also, yearly (if not quarterly) updates of income, etc
But the problem is that's not the ultimate goal of SNAP. Not anymore. It's not meant to keep people from starving. It's meant to keep niggers fat and happy so they don't cause even more problems. If you tried to reform it they'd come out of the woodworks to lose their shit at you. (I'm also pretty sure a lot of that junk food is literally chemically addictive and we'd see a bunch of tweaking carb junkies who already have poor impulse control if they cut them off.)
As someone mentioned earlier, it's also probably a huge giveaway to big food. As mentioned even earlier, people sell SNAP benefits by "buying" and returning junk food from shady convenience stores in big cities -- nuking the junk food would end that process right quick.
To put it a nicer way, as I'm sure they would -- "the minimum acceptable standard we expect people to suffer through just because they're too lazy to work has increased since the ancient days of 'cooking your own food'." Also, the niggers burned down or looted dry all the grocery stores a few years ago in one of the seasonal chimpouts and now the only place to eat is fast food and junk food from convenience stores.
