inZOI is a Korean Life Simulation game being made by KRAFTON, who is most known for making PUBG. The Early Access for the game will be releasing on March 28, and will cost $40.

UPDATE: KRAFTON announced that Denuvo Anti-Tamper will be removed from the game.
The game also has very high system requirements, although it's to be seen how of it is because of Denuvo being in the game (if it actually is in the game), and how optimized (or lack thereof) the game is, since it uses Unreal Engine 5:

Some people are also concerned about the use of AI with the game, i.e. the 3D printer feature.
Some players are also concerned that the game may not be as modder-friendly as The Sims games are:

Some people think that it's because KRAFTON does not want NSFW mods, since they would be held liable for them by the South Korean government, because of their extremely strict anti-pornography laws. Others thing it's because of KRAFTON's history of microtransactions with PUBG, and they're trying to lock down the game so that modders can't access the DLC items for free, which has recently happened with WWE 2K25, because the new microtransaction mode called The Island is not available on the PC version of the game.
So will the game actually get EA to make an actual proper Sims game, or will it just fade away like other Early Access games in the past?

UPDATE: KRAFTON announced that Denuvo Anti-Tamper will be removed from the game.
However, it was recently discovered that the Creative Studio demo for the game, which is available now until the release of Early Access, has Denuvo Anti-Tamper in it, and KRAFTON has not disclosed that information:

The game's subreddit and their Discord have been removing any mentions about Denuvo, so KRAFTON may be trying to hide the existence of it, which is against Steam's TOU and the EU's GDPR regulations. There's also a chance that it could be a situation similar to how The Sims 1 and 2's Legacy Collection was mistakenly labelled as having Denuvo on Steam, but it didn't have it and the label was removed. Or it could be another Indiana Jones and the Great Circle situation where it was only in reviewer copies, but not in the release game.
