Imagine being proud of your mugshot.
He should look at the mugshot of our wife.
She looks like a ghoul on detox.

Why on earth would he bring back the search warrant, cocaine and arrests himself? He is literally unable to move the fuck on.
What a fucking loser.

According to DUIGuy, he actually retracted the offer after Nick (by his behavior) was very clear on publicly talking about his case and making it worse for himself through not shutting the fuck up.
Nick is a horrible client, and DUIGuy should have never offered to rep him publicly to begin with. Big unforced error on DUIGuy's part. Is it conduct that will get you disciplined by the State bar? No.

But it is unprofessional. There was no need to make a big show about both potentially repping Nick pro bono for clout, then later decline to rep Nick while making commentary about the merits of Nick's case. Ideally, you would do all of that behind the curtain. Definitely not best practice.
It’s what the creepy gooner dreamed of between becoming a male cheerleader to touch girls and force women (and men) to strip to their underwear to entire his dorm room!
Not mentioned enough how much of a fucking creep Nick always has been. As much as we talk about Nick's weird sexual proclivities and constant need to make them public knowledge, I don't think there is enough talk about how much sexual predator vibes radiate off this fucking freak.

Imagine being proud of your mugshot.
He looks like a belligerent retard who blames everyone else in the world for the dumb shit he did to himself.
Did Dax do him dirty with the mike setup, or does Nick really sound like a gay chipmunk?
No, he literally now talks like a fag and his shit's all retarded.

Probably a combo of all the cocaine and the gas.

Nick also paid extra for unconditional release and the reason people pay extra for unconditional release is so they can do drugs and other things. Again. Its the way the laws of the state work.
Even with unconditional release, the expectation to remain law abiding is still there even now.

If he's over at Juju's, I can pretty much guarantee you he's hitting the drugs, and possibly doing some other shit.

This is going to be a big lift for him once he starts his probation proper. I honestly don't think he can do it.

He dodged a bullet. DUIGuy is just awful. His pro bono work for a speeding ticket might be okay. Not felony drug possession.
DUI guy seems like a pretty decent lawyer, actually. Frankly, I think he would have done better than White. Though I also think it would have made no difference in the end. The state's case against Nick was airtight.

I don't know enough about his record to have a personal opinion, but I think people unfairly look down on petty crime lawyers. One thing you can say about them, though, is petty crimes are most crimes and anyone who has that as a practice is regularly in court.

I doubt he would have done worse than the Barneswalker who filed some Hail Mary Franks bullshit while completely forgetting to file a normal motion to suppress.

Doing both would have been okay, but he only did the long shot one and then botched it completely. Talk about putting all your eggs in one basket and then dropping it on the floor and stepping on it.

So question for the law experts here. Who likely has copies of the arrest body cam footage right now?
Other than the state (Prosecution, Police) only the three subjects of the footage have received the footage as part of the discovery in their respective cases.
That means, Nick, Kayla and April (as well as their lawyers) will have received it.

Only the subjects of the footage can request publication of the footage in Minnesota, as it is generally non-public, except in specific cases in which a greater public interest trumps privacy concerns. (The typical cases are officer involved shootings)

There is an argument to be made that there is a public interest to combat the rumors spread by Nick about the police framing him, touching his kid with cocaine gloves and various other accusations against involved people, but someone would have to request the footage and then take it to court and fight for it for that to actually happen since so far the state does not seem to care about that much.

Sidenote: April could also not simply publish the footage herself, since it is likely raw footage without any pixelation or edits. If she were to just make it public without properly pixelating minors and people who have not given consent to be visible (Nick and Kayla) it could be an issue. So anyone who makes it public would have to make sure to not violate any rights.

[EDIT] Edited last part for clarity about the legal obligations for publication due to MN privacy laws.

She looked a lot better before she deformed herself to try to cater to Nick's diseased fetishes. Sorry, she looks like Gollum now. I'd rather fuck Gollum actually.
At least if you fuck Gollum, you get the exclusivity of being the only person who's fucked Gollum. If you fuck Lady Rackets it just means you're a resident of the State of Minnesota or Jamaican.

Nick, Kayla, April, their attorneys, the police, and the prosecutor.

He makes an effective defense impossible. And it was being offered for free. @Potentially Criminal as a defense attorney would probably tolerate a lot if he was getting paid for all of it. I don't think he'd tolerate a client (who is also an attorney) actively making his case worse because of an incorrect belief he's the smartest person in the room.
The more money you pay, the more retardation I'll put up with.

All Larry should have done is stayed silent and said "No Comment" when asked. I understand his thinking when everything about Nick is turning into an unmitigated disaster with each passing day, you want to publicly bail and save your ass.

That said, Larry appears to be a great attorney who has gotten a decent number of Ws. He also has rolled his efforts into a real estate or title company AFAIK.

The clips on his YouTube channel suggest he's pretty decent. Although, it should be said, he could curate those in such a way where he looks better than it actually is.

Again though, I think Nick could have had the best criminal defense attorney in the nation, and he still would have been fucked. It doesn't matter.

Nick being salty towards DUIGuy is just him eternally looking to blame absolutely everybody except himself for his own fuck up.

Get used to it too. He'll never stop looking to blame others. Nothing is ever his fault.

If he wanted to avoid this outcome, he shouldn't have had 28 grams in the house, and had the kids going to church in the state they were in.
