I didn't even know about the other spergs, I only knew about Dark Viper. I was saying that he's guiltier than Billy because Matthew is directly named on his suicide note. While the only possible correlation with Billy was the lawsuit. Jobst knew this, or at least would be aware of Apollo's suicide note, yet he still marched on with the accusation that billy was guilty. Even when there was a written statement contradicting his claim.
I call it the Dark Viper kill count to riff on the guy for being hollier than thou and shitting on the guy when his corpse was still fresh. Thanks for correcting me though.

People quote a documentary that is about as accurate as Bowling for Columbine and some autist of very doubtable credibility who is doing what the guy from the Incredibles did when trying to catch Dash.

They basically allege that because one of the copies of Billy playing is on an emulator everything is. It’s very gay.

EDIT: they also need to defend a 4 hour video because otherwise they wasted their lives unlike Billy.

I think we've all missed one giant, hilarious irony in this:
Billy needed to prove not merely that Karl knowingly lied, and that it was a malicious lie....he also had to prove that the lies had a substantial, material, deleterious impact on his reputation and quality of life.
But wait! How could Billy possibly prove that? That's why these defamation cases are so vanishingly rare.
Who came to Billy's rescue?
Karl's own subscribers! The very troons and spergs who were donating to Karl's GoFundMe left endless comments which were then used as the proof that, indeed, not only did Karl knowingly tell malicious lies, but that those lies spread and caused Billy Mitchell's name harm.
Literally, it was the spergs and troons themselves who gave Billy the final nail, which was absolutely necessary.

Mitchell also produced correspondence from promoters canceling booked appearances specifically because of the Apollo Legend suicide allegations. He had receipts proving real financial harm Jobst caused which is the hardest part in defamation suits.

I won't go so far as the "Billy isn't such a bad guy" part. He was practically cackling with glee when he was (falsely) told Apollo was dead. He's a complete piece of shit.

But whatever. He apparently won this one fair and square.

This isn't even a good example for the "Australia is the libel capital of the world" which it actually is. This case may have turned out the same right over here, or at least have went against Jobst. I think he might have won less here because of the special "loser pays" rule in Australia, but whatever. He very well may have lost here, too, even under our version of the malice standard (Australia's is different).
