Even if he genuinely feels that way, those thoughts should be shared only in private with close friends.
But who does he have as friends now? Nobody. Drexel and most of his close circle have jumped ship. He burnt the bridge with Null a long time ago by lying to him. Juju the cow and the two fat pedophiles only want him close as an easy punching bag with some clout. The only people that he can tell that to are his parasocial fans and orbiters that keep following him.

the eight year old girl was tested multiple times
There is zero chance the girl would not be tested multiple times over the course of the CPS involvement, even if just to verify the first positive test.
Nick sealed the case for one reason only, so he could lie about what was happening and his level of responsibility.

A well-placed source told me that Nick did not miss that oft-mentioned test, but he was late for it and arrived with April. Whereas Kayla came in on the same day, on time. The same source said that Kayla passed all of her drug tests but Nick did not. This person also confirmed that the eight year old girl was tested multiple times and all tests came back positive for cocaine.

If Nick has proof to the contrary of any of this, it would be very easy for him to share it. For some reason he has failed to do so thus far.
Nick's got proof but actually it's a seething 2 hour reaction to Sean building a model where he calls him fat over and over

Nick: SEAN IS FAT! FAT FAT FAT FAT FAT!! HE EATS.... SANDWICHES!! HAAHAHAHAHAHAH IMAGINE SLICED TURKEY ON WHOLE WHEAT BREAD WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO, A NICE CHEESE AND SOME MUSTARD.. HAHAAHAHA TOTAL FATTY FOOD FOR FATS LIKE SEAN!! HAVE I MENTIONED SEAN IS FAT??? THAT'S WHY HE EATS UNHEALTHY SANDWICHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone make it make sense.
"It's fun watching little nicky let his skills and creativity come out in his dishes!"

No, the timeline does not match up, and this has been discussed at least twice ITT in detail. It is most likely NOT the child who had an issue. The follicle testing is only really accurate out to 3 months, and the 'medical emergency' was more than 3 months before the testing was done.
Yes and no. Fairly recently, @AltisticRight posted some research on children that showed that coke metabolites can be detected in hair for up to 6 months (and probably beyond for long hair, but the research posted didn't cover that). The issue for testing, is that 3 months will have the most accurate results. After 3 months, I assume, the results diminish. (I believe I have that right. If not, I'm sure it will be clarified.)

Overall, that still leaves the question of why her test was that high and, yes, might indicate that it may not be related to the "medical emergency" though it does not exclude her. The "medical emergency" may have been that daughter, and she continued consuming coke in some other manner.

I think we have the family court records through mid-July and he was not cooperating or in compliance with CPS up to that point.
Again, yes and no. @MNPublicRecords only posted about one hearing, one court order, and one address "dox".

1) The Rekieta family court hearing on June 6, 2024. The separate thread is here. He or she posted several times starting on June 18, 2024. They were a 'drip drip' usually ahead of Nick's streams, with the purpose of, one assumes, trolling him. But, yes, that's where we learned that Nick and Kayla were drug tested shortly after the arrest and then refused to allow the State to see the results. What we know through "mid-July" (your words) has largely been pieced together from Nick's words and excellent farming ITT.

2) Ashley Larue's (formerly Imholte) restraining order against Aaron Imholte on April 23, 2024*. The separate thread is here. @AltisticRight did their damndest to clarify it (it's very hard to read) in this post.

3) April Anderson's current location in Willmar from this post.

*Date from the Judge's order at the end, but it's very hard to read.

And, again, I believe I have this right, but if not, please correct me. It's been a lot to keep track of.

Edit: Added: #3 - apparently my short term memory is shot.

Rekieta is the ultimate example for me of the stereotypical libertarian retard. I would be lying if I said I didn't still have some libertarian leanings myself, but Rekieta is far too retarded to make any libertarian ideology look compelling. I don't have the video, but I could have sworn a bit before all of this really kicked off Rekieta was promoting the stock libertarian idea of 'all drugs should be legal to take' because the consequences are only on you and the government shouldn't get involved. That's obviously ignoring the fact that there are people who take drugs, have a bad time, and then lash out and hurt OTHERS around them. But the fact that his daughter managed to inhale 10 times the legal cutoff for cocaine is the ULTIMATE proof that this idea is fucking retarded.

How can a child bear the consequences of drug abuse when they're too young to even understand what the white powder even is!? Rekieta has no remorse for this whatsoever and is now just portraying himself as an innocent victim of government overreach. Personally I would subscribe to the much more popular libertarian belief of putting people who harm children up against the wall and dealing with them, but I think Rekieta might have a problem with that particular belief nowadays, even though I saw him promoting it when he had his drunken punchout stream with that Duncan retard.
He really is the ultimate libertardian hypocrite. Rekieta advocated for the ideology that we're all mostly good if left to our own devices, then proceeds to DRIVE DRUNK, which is a clear violation of the NAP. Not only that, but he has his own fucking kids in the car.

I don't know if people go in on the drunk driving enough. Even if he magically purged all the whiskey from his system before getting in his car after an all-night drunk stream, driving on one hour of sleep may as well be drunk driving. It's considered bad, you know, because of all the DEATH. Also, it is probably what contributed to the raid on his house the most. Churchgoers noticing "hey, didn't that guy - who reeks of whiskey and keeps going into the bathroom to do cocaine to stay awake - drive his kids here? That seems dangerous."

Before he got holes in his brain, Rekieta used to make compelling arguments about why it is generally beneficial for a citizen to oppose his government wherever possible, because it ensures that the only laws that exist are the ones that are absolutely necessary (you know, like ones against drunk driving, for example). Now, his only principle is that the law should not apply specifically to Nick Rekieta.

He's also made me question my own lolbertardian beliefs. The guy has done so much damage to libertarian thought, it's amazing.
Libertarianism relies upon the concept that people can be responsibly self-governing.
Unfortunately, the Earth is populated by much unscrupulous nigger cattle who will abuse self-governance to hurt their fellow man.
Nick is a prime example of nigger cattle, A5 Wagyu Nigger Cattle if you will.

What really grinds my gears is Nick's fake cope that "The church reporters were wrong, they don't understand drugs, how can I be both lethargic and erratic?"
You stupid cuckold nigger cattle, you streamed drunk until the early hours of the morning, drove your kids around with only a few hours sleep, likely still under the influence and then perked up with some Columbian marching powder. It is natural people would see you in both states, you disingenuous fuck.
Really wish people would stop calling Nick a libertarian like I wish they would quit calling him a Christian. Nick is none of that. He's very obviously none of that. He has no core beliefs, no guiding principles, and does not see himself as part of anything larger than himself. He's never had to work, he's never had to struggle. Life plopped money and opportunity into his lap and he squandered it. Nick's decision making operates purely at the dopamine receptor level. Once he accepts he's never going to get that hit from streaming again, he'll quit that too.
Yeah that's a called a libertarian

Say it with me:

Children CANNOT consent to cocaine.

It does not depend on the child.

There is zero chance the girl would not be tested multiple times over the course of the CPS involvement, even if just to verify the first positive test.
Nick sealed the case for one reason only, so he could lie about what was happening and his level of responsibility.

The implications that the State did not care about a re-test for cocaine on a CHILD is the one of the most insane things he has claimed.

Well with Nick's shit done and Kayla soon to be out of the way Josh should be able to get that body cam footage

Kayla's case is dismissed. Or do you mean to say Nick plans to rid himself of her?

Unfortunately for Wil and Nick, community service is meant to actually be of benefit to the community.
If he gave legal representation, he'd help put away a lot of criminals for a long time. I mean that's not exactly what a defense attorney is supposed to do but it would happen.

  • Nick claiming that "everything we were taught about drugs by DARE in school was wrong"
  • Nick again saying his drug use was harmless and the only harm done to his family came from the government punishing him
  • Nick alleging his former nanny abused his kids
  • Nick stating that "it wasn't his daughter's hair" that tested positive for cocaine (it's unknown if he meant they literally tested someone else's hair or they added something to her daughter's hair)
  • Nick admitting he started drinking the alcohol he previously claimed he threw out the second he was legally allowed to and continued to drink regularly despite it "tasting bad" due to a lack of tolerance
  • Nick listing off a bunch of ways to cheat a piss test for no reason in particular
  • Nick repeatedly calling his former friends Kurt and Sean fat while he looks like a 15 year old Holocaust survivor
  • Eating a sandwich to mock them
  • Admitting he doesn't remember the meaning of the cop at Denny's joke because he was so fucked up when he told it
  • Reacting to Kurt reacting to Nick's family and friend's letters to the court
  • Seethes about how Nick "made Kurt's career" and single handedly "invented lawtube"
  • Visibly offended that Kurt claims Nick saying he'd compensate Kurt for streaming with him means he was going to pay Kurt (essentially says he paid Kurt in exposure)

If this doesn't make the judge regret going so lightly on Nick compared to what he could have sentenced him with, nothing will.

This proves that those "letters" that Nick's "friends" "wrote" were complete and total bullshit. Nick didn't learn a single fucking thing from this entire ordeal, we knew this all along. This shows that Nick has no problem making his "friends" look like complete retards just to save face and his ego. This proves that Nick will sell out or ditch his friends the minute he no longer finds them useful or it's to his immediate benefit.

The fact that he honestly believes that his drug habit had no impact on his family proves just how far down the addiction hole he is.

Such an inspirational story for everyone to see.
I absolutely love the last, extended clip of him going in hard on people who do precisely and literally - down to the letter - what he has done/ said, and articulating his exact attitude and approach, but directing the criticism of it at other people.

Having dealt with a similarly delusional narcissist before (and what I pegged him for the very first time I ever heard a word out of his mouth - which was a year or so (iirc) before his arrest), it is always amusing yet disgusting to see how comfortable they are looking you in the eye at ceiling cats and indignantly flat-out speaking the opposite of reality. Nick spends a lot of time pretending to be a big brain and trying to weasel-word his way through things, but in this clip it's just flat ballsy "let me describe myself and tell you that's you." He is mentally diseased.

The whole piece does a nice job, also, of highlighting not only those outright "no u" moments but also (some of) his self-contradictions:

"I'm still a badass non-NERD who loves drugs and will do them as soon as I'm able/ I'm counting the seconds" & "I don't have a substance use or abuse problem of any kind or degree"
"I did nothing wrong" & "the laws are dumb"
"I did nothing wrong" & "everyone lied to get me exposed for my crimes"
"I did nothing wrong" & "they treated me more harshly for my crimes bc I'm me and everyone is envious of me"
"I did nothing wrong" & "unlike some people, I take accountability for what I've done [even though it wasn't ackshually wrong in my world, which is being unfairly thwarted]"
"I didn't hurt anyone" & "this has been a nightmare for my family"

In a nutshell, he's just a poor, persecuted guy chewed up (though he actually won, you blind idiots) by dumb laws and local meanies jealous of his money, and he should be allowed to commit crimes bc he wants to. His kids would be fine if he'd just been allowed to keep doing large quantities of hard drugs.

He has no core beliefs, no guiding principles, and does not see himself as part of anything larger than himself.
His core beliefs and guiding principles are "what does Nick feel like doing." And the rest of the world should organize itself around those parameters, because duh.

If this doesn't make the judge regret going so lightly on Nick compared to what he could have sentenced him with, nothing will.
The felony is only stayed. If Nick fucks up, he will go back in front of the same judge who gave him the 5 years probation in an attempt to FORCE him to remain sober and fix his life.

And then he can still sentence him to multiple years in prison.

The 28 days thing is basically to give them a little club if he fucks up early on, but they can always prosecute him additionally because violating probation is already illegal. They could resentence. They could even (at least according to the wording) send him away for 28 days later even if they don't outright catch him violating. You know, like if they don't like that this scrawny faggot is nonstop talking mad shit and lying about them.

Bingo, see attached. Obviously this start to Season 2 is nothing earth-shattering after a tough act to follow, but a few small-l locals thought you guys would be interested to know that Nick and April have been lying to others about her supposedly having moved back home to Litchfield.

In actuality she is still living in WILLMAR despite having no family or friends there other than the qover, after she moved directly from the sold half of the Balldo Bunker to a quaint rental at 7286 Highway 71 South. Rumors abound about a certain douchey midlife-crisis-mobile coming in and out of the neighborhood every now and again, but that last part has yet to be fully documented.

If Nick wants to keep his sidepiece in the bullpen so he can frolic and detour from all his constant driving for the occasional quickie behind Kayla's back, he'd better at least pick out a different fuckshack and buy April a way less recognizable ride. Allegedly he could afford it.
Local reporters appear to have spotted Nick Rekieta approaching 7286 Highway 71 South.
One concerned citizen reported that he remained at the property for only a few minutes before later departing in apparent frustration—allegedly while answering a phone call from a lethargic-sounding woman inquiring why children had yet to be picked up. Further salacious developments are likely to follow.
