Let's Sperg Mods to De-wokify Woke Games - It's up to the player to fix everything

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
You are aware that all of you are the equivalent of the Call of Duty screenshot right because you are the ones playing the games, discussing the games, and modding the games while simultaneously saying how you hate everything they stand for.
in the astroturfed corporate internet of today, me playing baldur's gay 3 will change little about it outside me having to deal with less gay shit because i modded it away or not, discussing it is equally irrelevant if you consider how the farms are seen by google/reddit which means whatever i say about it is irrelevant, i can say NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER FAGGOT and i can be sure it will hardly be screencapped to be reposted in some preddit thread or shown in google search.
The people calling you retarded and playing something else instead of proving to developers it doesn't matter what they do because people will still buy it and mod it.
wrong, they are being faggots crying about other people that want to change a few things about certain games they may check it someday, had i bought fucking dusborn or flopspoken you'd have a point but i guess that is too much for you niggerbrain to get or maybe it's not whatever gay point you are trying to make because you are a gay nigger that want to bitch and moan about the gamerinnos being playedrinno.
I also say buy because you people are so invested in correcting these things while also saying boycotts don't work I have zero doubt in my mind that you people are buying the games and not pirating. Mod and play what you want, but don't act high and mighty and say you are taking back these games as part as a fight against the woke in the culture war.
do you live in a cuckrights country perchance? where in the fuck do you think that pirating a game is the same as buying it? if i play pirated my purchase is not registered because i didn't buy the fucking game, same as if someone that didn't buy the game because it had the gay shit will not count either and how much people bought the game is the only thing companies care about, it's also why zoomies kept doing the "i pirate even indies" thing on tiktok for attention a while back. also if you wish to project you can start by shoving a few batteries up your arse first to get your lights up, acting high and mighty is moral ego shit and it's mostly women that greatly care about ego shit, moral values are subjective, so much so you faggots are trying to play the bad optics card like a fucking woman calling a dude gay for not wanting to fuck her whereas the thread end ups covering mods that were deleted from mod-hosting sites because of the tranny infestation shit which happened because of the same reason you gayniggers keep shitting the thread which is to tell how other people should enjoy their moddable games instead of buying/pirating unmmodable shit like some retarded cuck that lives in the US/EU.

>muh culture war
people like you are the gayest of the fags, the ones that acts with constant and vocal hate for the thing you dislike, turning you into a equally annoying faggot as the thing you shown your distate towards, if the yearly periods of 2020 between 2024 didn't let you see the writing in the wall with DEI rebranding to BRIDGE and larry fink suddenly fucking off, it's not my problem.

do you live in a cuckrights country perchance? where in the fuck do you think that pirating a game is the same as buying it?
I like how you insinuate that I'm from some backwards country, but you are so illiterate you don't understand me saying I believe people who say they are pirating the games are lying and actually bought them.
Autistic tard rage
Yes, I'm sure you're super based and don't just lack impulse control and aren't simply coping and making justifications for why you need to play these games.

You guys are fucking retarded. Imagine being so thin-skinned that a game having Type A/Type B in a menu that is easily modded out in 30 seconds makes an entire game unplayable wokeslop even if it's otherwise good. @Cronarch is right, everything made nowadays is woke by default; but as woke does, a lot of it is just useless shit shoehorned in that has no effect on the game other than being annoying. I still want it out of my game, but my gun having some tranny flag on it doesn't mean the gunplay itself is bad.

A few more I've run across:

I like how you insinuate that I'm from some backwards country, but you are so illiterate you don't understand me saying I believe people who say they are pirating the games are lying and actually bought them.
>first world cuckoldry is backwards country behavior
finally you noticed, good on you, you are still gay for wanting to shit up the thread, companies taking the financial L's because woke shit fatigued people is what caused the whole "culture war pendulum swing" you fags keep claiming a W about.
also people that pirate game and buy it for whatever reasons they want, you sound just like a fucking tranny trying to impose their will on others.
Yes, I'm sure you're super based and don't just lack impulse control and aren't simply coping and making justifications for why you need to play these games.
stop trying to put words in my mouth, just because you suck cocks and get anal about people doing their things doesn't mean everyone does, you sound like a tranny trying to impose their will on others.

Thinking about making a Celeste mod that removes the pride flags from Madeline's computer. The funny thing is that the character wasn't intended to be trans by the creator until he identified as trans himself. He even goes by "Madeline" now, which makes me think it's more so a fetish thing. There are pills and photos of her with short hair in her room but you can explain that as like anti-depressants and her being a tomboy as a kid.

Seeing this many tophats and trashcans, you probably could move this thread to Mass Debates and nobody would notice it.

EDIT to avoid double posting: "Wait, why is there 5 mods in moddinghaven for "A Hat in Time" that got removed? I know there was a trans flag one, but what else could make people offen-"

I had a choice to play either ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’ or ‘Jagged Alliance 3’.
I chose the latter, where you get to run a Mercenary company and gun down literal face-painted African savages using MG42’s and MP40’s salvaged from a ww2 u-boat wreck and I have zero fucking regrets.
I applaud de-wokifying mods but I also applaud people who choose to not need them.

For The Sims 4, there are some steps to lessen the rainbowness from the game, but some of it is inherit to the game and cannot be removed (or at least someone hasn't tried to yet), and even if you were to miraculously remove all of the rainbow shit, it is still The Sims 4, a Sims game that is much worse than the past 3 Sims games:
  • Zero's Politic BS Remover mods is one mod to remove some of it.
  • You would also have to unrainbow or delete the various rainbow pre-made Sims from neighborhoods.
  • You would also have to use Sims 4 Studio to hide the rainbow swatches on items and CAS pieces.
Some of the rainbow stuff that will still be in the game (I think) includes the forced pronouns display in the dating app in Lovestruck.

"Not only were these assets integrated without respecting their original licenses or creators’ terms, but they’ve also been associated with a mod promoting racist and highly inappropriate themes."
"original licenses or creators' terms"

You know, I've actually always wondered if taking someones mod, all the assets, forking it and making a better version could lead to irl trouble or something. Or if the worst thing that could happen is a ban off of Nexusmods lmao
Like take the Elder Kings 2 mod for CK3 for example. The premise of the mod is solid, but it's ran by a bunch of gimps.
If I took the entire mod, unfagged it and put it up for download, am I risking anything?

Surely not right? Just wondering because I see that "original licenses or creators’ terms," thrown around everywhere in every modding scene where there's drama and it's got me curious.

It depends. A lot of games put it in the EULA that the devs/publishers own the rights to mods in a commercial sense. But that's EULAs and those are gay and flimsy.
If it's using game code or assets then it's an argument for the devs not modders. Generally mods exist in a grey zone. And any rights they have are subject to the publishers/devs. The original assets and code is all theirs tho. But copyright has exemptions for Transformative content. The strongest block they could use is Trademark but good luck trademarking something for mod making.

I'm not sure about it, but I think it is indeed in the hands of the devs to enforce something. And as far as I'm aware, Nintendo is the only asshole around that does it.

depends on the laws of the country your mod is posted in and where the game is originating from last i checked.
if you post it in russia then nothing will happen unless the game is made by russians.
if you post in shit like gitcucks or nexustrannies? probably taken down because retarded copyright laws to a point you may get C&D.

take ryujinx for example, guy is from huezil and nintendo couldn't do anything besides coping and seething until they asked him how much money to take the project down, funny that other people still picked up anyway as a middle finger to nintendo, lol.

The jannies at r/BaldursGate3 banned discussion of the topic in hopes of preventing the spread of the mod's publicity. This was a policy that was created when orinEsque at RPGHQ created her "No Alphabets" mod and when yedlike created the "Ser Aylen" mod two years ago to prevent any attention given to them.

The mod authors literally can't do anything because these mods are not in Nexus Mods or ModDB, which enforces closed permission policies and will ban people for taking other people's assets. Since these mods are uploaded on third-party sites, they, Nexus, and ModDB could do absolutely nothing, because all this property belongs to the devs, Larian Studios.

Take this image with a grain of salt but one of the RPGHQ users went into the official Larian Studios Discord server, and apparently Larian Studios are aware of the existence of RPGHQ, "No Alphabets," and "Realms Restored."

Basically, Larian most likely won't take any action against them because it'll cause a Streisand effect and they do not want to give them any attention, reminiscent of the "No Alphabets" debacle when Redditors harassing yedlike and Nexus banning her mod and her actually popularized the "No Alphabets" mod and the "Ser Aylen" mod. Larian is definitely not pro-RPGHQ because orinEsque's mod Dignify was banned by the in-game mod manager because it references MODHQ, the modding site arm of RPGHQ.

The mod devs explained their decision to "steal" heads here: https://archive.ph/bpg3k

I haven't played BG3 since it launched but I remember Halsin was an absolute sex pest. Dude kept pestering my male character for sex, thankfully he got kidnapped in CH3 and I forgot about him till the last hour of the game.
Removing Halsin's sex-pest habits with the "Even Better Romance" mod makes him the most stalest and boring companion that I ever had in the game. Literally no reason why he should be in Baldur's Gate in Act 3 at all, and should not be a player companion in the first place. Plus, he's a druid, and you get Jaheira later, who's also a druid.

Funnily enough, Redditors despise Halsin for the same reasons above. Even funnier, his romance was written by Baudelaire Welch, a Tumblr fanfiction writer who also wrote most of the game's romances and ultimately the game's story following the rewrite, so it's no wonder why Halsin is such a shit companion because he is meant to be a character that Welch wanted to ship herself with and bang (with a bestiality fetish). Welch got kicked out of Larian Studios soon after the game's release.

How do you expect me to believe native Baldurians are prejudiced against the refugees when there is literally no way to tell who is from the city and who isn't?
I am a firm believer that some amount racism/tribalism is a necessity for fantasy (and sci-fi) worldbuilding, especially if you are trying to depict societal problems.
I heard if you play as a drow/dark elf, you get a lot of negative racist reactions from the Grove in Act 1. Then you get less racist interactions in Act 2 and basically none in Act 3. There was racism (or more accurately anti-drow racism) in the game, but because of the rushed state, Larian Studios either did not have the time to implement it or they thought that in-game racism isn't cool but did not have time to write it out of Act 1.

Just added a section for The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion Remastered to the list with the "Body Type Remover 2.00"/"Male / Female body type" v2 mod. Here's links:
What caused an exodus from RPGcodex? I cursorily lurk there and it still seems plenty tolerant of chud shit, so was there some apolitical drama that caused it or is it political but not yet obvious to outsiders?
Got a response from rusty_shackleford at the RPGHQ forum and it pretty much explains the entire exodus.

There should be a click to expand button in the quote. If you don't see it, reload the page.

I was in the process of manually updating and fixing hundreds of broken articles from the past two decades when I was banned(which I knew was a short temporary ban), I left during the ban but not because of it. I was informed that there was a list of "unwanted" users being drawn up by the administrators of the site — I was not on this list as far as I know but many good users presumably were.

Main differences:
  • RPGHQ is owned & operated by an American. The rules are mostly American law with some additions to make the place usable(e.g., no spam) or just to cater to our tastes(porn rules). RPGHQ is an American site primarily for Americans.
    • Unabashed enjoyers of slop.
    • Unwillingness to curate the userbase frustrates some users and has caused others to post less or leave. Some of the posters here are very polarizing.
    • Some of the subforums require a signup to view, this is to prevent them from being indexed by bots we don't recognize i.e., SEO stuff
  • RPGCodex is owned by a guy that has — as to not doxx… shall we say… — very close ties with the Australian Aboriginal community, and is run almost entirely by a Jewish man living in Israel. The rules are arbitrary(this is itself a rule). RPGCodex is a non-American western site primarily for non-Americans with a very significantSlavic userbase.
    • You will find it difficult to discuss any game not considered to be good by the groupthink, and the groupthink has become very Slavic.
    • Has protected subforums that require donation or an old account to view. Most controversial stuff gets shuffled here.
    • Has a very high tendency to censor discussions, moving them to said protected subforums. As proof of this, one of the moderators of RPGCodex maintains a thread here that was censored there. The public-facing KCD2 thread was completely pruned of most negative opinions regarding e.g., homosexual henry, jewish content, and so forth.
You can read more here, not my words but from users that were present at the time and came with me: viewtopic.php?t=2707-fill-me-in-request

From the last link in rusty's quote:
WhiteShark said:
Rusty asked DU (the codex admin) to make an invite only chat for the guys so we could avoid the heroin addicted tranny prostitute and her army of simps who were getting people banned over her whims. You know, a place for the bros that felt like the good old days without being blasted by shitlibs. In that chat we discussed many things, included, the heroin addicted tranny prostitute because why not. Apparently this discussing her, which included some of her public postings on the public forum resetera (and I should add, the codex itself has a thread dedicated to posting screenshots of resetera) constituted proof of a CONSPIRACY to bring her down via doxxing (apparently if I screenshot a post of yours on this forum, I am DOXXING you, be careful!).

DU nuked the entire chat (named Turtle Zone, now you know why some of us have a turtle badge) and the shitstorm eventually lead to a few bans, rusty included. Rusty, who was fixing their site for free prior the ban, decided to create a safe space free of heroin addicted tranny prostitutes which became the rpgHQ. A few months after that, the Codex forced mandatory 2FA on users, prompting them to look for codes every month, which drove a second wave of codex refugees to this site. DU predicted the new site would last only a few months, but here we are.

Even if the users on the codex (providing you ignore all the trannies, simps and commies, who don't post in the gaming subforums so they're easy to ignore for a newbie) can appear to be based, the admins themselves aren't and they have time and time again chosen the side of shitliberism. A guy like The Wall has most of his problematic postings removed from public view because he says dangerous (aka not 'safe based') things. Not all that glitters is gold.

  • the tranny Theodora and its cronies plague the shoutbox
  • discussion of public information concerning said tranny and its Resetera account is verboten by the administration
  • Rusty makes his own invite-only channel within shoutbox called Turtle Zone
  • time passes, Turtle Zone thrives
  • Twiglard decides to take a stand against Theodora's special treatment
  • discusses his plan in Turtle Zone before posting a thread containing verboten information about the tranny
  • drama ensues
  • multiple users banned and Turtle Zone blamed for """doxxing""" because the tranny claims its real name is contained in its Resetera post history
  • administration dissolves Turtle Zone and shuts down shoutbox entirely
  • Rusty catches wind that the administration has a further list of 'problem' users of which it intends to rid itself
  • Turtle Zone migrates to IRC
  • Rusty founds RPGHQ with Twiglard's help
  • exodus from Codex to RPGHQ begins
Archive: https://archive.ph/gFij0

Summary:
According to the RPGHQ folks, there's a tranny who has an OnlyFans and a ResetEra account named Theodora who has a cult of simps worshipping him in RPGCodex. Discussion of Theodora and especially regarding his activity in ResetEra (which is obviously contrary to the chud-dish environment of the Codex) is censored and results in bans by the administration. Meanwhile, rusty_shackleford was a popular user on the forum, and was doing some of the site's dirty work for free by fixing and updating hundreds of broken articles (somewhat like a 8chan-era Null).

Disliking the corruption of the site caused by Theodora, rusty asked the admin DarkUnderlord (DU) to create an invite-only private chat called "Turtle Zone" which was then granted. It was safe from Theodora and his sycophants, and the chat soon thrived with many Codex users joining, with discussion soon centering to discussing Theodora and his public postings in ResetEra (of which the Codex also has a community-watch-like thread on ResetEra users). Soon, one of the admins Twiglard who was also an active user in the "Turtle Zone" and sick of the special treatment given to Theodora decides to expose Theodora and his ResetEra history once and for all. Following advice with the "Turtle Zone," Twiglard posted his exposure thread, causing a war in the Codex.

The administrators, especially DU, was outraged and sided with Theodora against rusty and the "Turtle Zone." The chat was banned, with many participants in the chat also banned as well, with rusty given a temporary ban. The admins stated that these bannings were due to the exposure thread was a "conspiracy to dox" or is "actual doxing" against Theodora, even though all the "doxed" information were just Theodora's public Resetera posts (which admins allegedly said contained Theodora's real name). rusty soon founded RPGHQ as a refuge, and many banned Codex users soon followed him. Twiglard was spared and still remains an admin to this day, but became an active user in RPGHQ.

TL;DR
The RPGCodex can be described as basically Hiroyuki-era 4chan. Despite having a based community/cesspool, it was taken over by shallow-minded liberal jannies who sided with a tranny and his sycophants over the userbase. Instead of the userbase being Indians, Israelis, bots, and FBI agents, the userbase of the Codex is pretty much dominated by Slavs. The final result is basically a more user-friendly yet edgy community exiled and creating RPGHQ.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

Musa Complete Overhaul 1.00

Author: tehdude27
Link to mod download: https://rpghq.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3916-musa-complete-overhaul-1-00-kingdom-come-deliverance-2

A modder in RPGHQ has overhauled Musa of Mali to become Carlo Musso of Rome.

musa.webp
musso.webp
Before
After

In the vanilla version, Musa is a Sub-Saharan African Muslim in service to the Holy Roman Emperor Sigismund. In history, Sigismund despised Muslims and was preparing to fight the emerging Islamic Ottoman Empire and there were no black people in 15th century Bohemia; so much for the marketing that the game was historiclly accurate. Musa in the game also humiliates the player character Henry and trash talks Bohemia for not spicing their food like they do in Mali. Ultimately, Musa became a despised character in the game, yet you're not allowed to kill him because the game director Daniel Vávra made him an essential NPC.

The mod now overhauls Musa to be a much more tolerable and historically accurate NPC that you meet in the game. Now named Carlo Musso of Rome, Musso has a more dark olive skin so people will be able to confuse him with Arabs (insert Italian joke here). He has a new backstory, is Christian, and doesn't crap on Bohemia as much. Musa's (now Musso's) audio was fully reworked with AI using a new voice, with most of the vanilla dialogue, over 800 lines, being redone. This mod adjusts the appearance of Musso via new style tables, so it shouldn't conflict with other mods unless if the mod edits Musa.

tehdude27 said:
It was a pain to line up all of the speech with Musa's speaking pattern loaded with unnatural pauses, but I did my best. I'm not fully sure if I got every single dialog combination, but it's around 800 lines. I tried my best to load up old saves and see if I could run through some of the Musa sections to get as much as I could. I often left the other NPCs as saying Musa because it sounds close enough. I only redid other NPCs & Henry if I had no choice. I couldn't find a way to change the lip syncing, so you just have to deal with that.

Hetero Henry 1.00

Author: veperdish (banned on Nexus Mods)
Re-uploader: tehdude27
Link to mod download: https://rpghq.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=244624-hetero-henry-1-00-kingdom-come-deliverance-2

1000044217.webp

Henry, who was canonically straight in the first game, was made playersexual by Vávra in the second game, where the player can then choose to have Henry sodomize his best friend and his lord Hans Capon, who is under 18 in the time the game takes place and is a real straight person in history. Vávra had to do damage control and was forced to put a disclaimer that this version of Hans is fictional and is 21.

veperdish soon made a mod that removes all gay dialogue options for Henry in his interactions with Hans and Bartosh. He uploaded this mod into Nexus Mods and got himself and his mod banned. The mod is then reuploaded by tehdude27 in RPGHQ.

Stuff to note:
  1. the modmanifest had a small issue where one of the characters was uppercase and the game didn't like it.
  2. I had a mod_order.txt file and this mod wasn't in there, so it prevented it from loading. So if you have one, make sure it's in there.

Installation

  1. Open the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 game directory/installation folder. You can typically find it in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2 if downloaded through Steam.
  2. Create a New Folder and name it Mods.
  3. Download the mod and unzip it to get a folder containing the mod contents.
  4. Put the mod folder in Mods.

The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion Remastered

Body Type Remover 3.00

Updater: egovir
Links to download:
edit_race.webp
Pre-modded

Body Type Remover 2.00 has been updated to version 3.00. The main change is to restore "edit identity" with "edit race" when you leave the sewers. In addition, fixes were made to the text in other languages.

Modders found out that the name of the string that has the term "edit identity" is "SewerExitScript_EditRace" so this change is probably the most laziest "woke" change done by the remastered developers (even so the remastered game's Character Creator refers it to as race as well, just not in the sewer script).

bodytype_text.webp
German (top) and Mandarin in Simplified Chinese script (bottom)

Installation

Place the .pak file into the following folder:
\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods
If the "~mods" folder does not exist - create one.

All I'm saying is that if I was a programmer on this project and corporate tells me I have to make it all gay, I'd make it as easy to ungay as possible. Just saying.
