No pro se litigant has ever deserved a "victory" less. He got the arguments wrong, failed to cite good precedent, then lucked out that a judge found a different case where some other judge was willing to set the precedent she could follow. Even Melissa Scott's default win against the Farms was less retarded than Acerthorn's.

Every time he says "Think about it:" I imagine that every legal professional reading it pops a bottle of something in memory of all the legal writing classes they took and prepare for the retardation that is about to be put to paper. Based on my vast knowledge of other countries (I saw an anime set in medieval France once) I’m sure Stebbins failed to make friends with the Brazilian ministry of justice and maybe find a way to make this tedious task worth their while. Not a bribe mind you, but a finder’s fee and an expediters fee and any number of little helpful fees and gratuities to help grease the wheels of justice in a foreign nation.

As others have said, good luck collecting from a foreign national when you couldn’t navigate their legal system to serve him properly.

He's mandamus'ing the mandamus? Oh no, he's asking for the appeals court to rule on all 3 of his mandamus'es at the same time and over rule the lower courts so he can get the subpoenas for Google to hand over the defendants real identities. Kind of like a end run around all the lower courts at the same time because the various judges

That's a big ask, assuming trolls like Skibbidy would be stupid enough to use their actual real names and addresses. I would assume Spectre is dumb enough however as he was dumb enough to try to honestly engage with David in a debate and now he's getting sued for copyright infringement to the tune of 150K.

The judges haven't even ruled if his cases can go forward yet as far as I know and David already wants the Google to hand over the personal details of the defendants, I mean we all know why David wants this so bad as once he has the deets he can continually to file lolsuit after lolsuit until they go broke or give in.
