My guess is that she has mudbutt--she takes massive, sticky, soft shits due to her crap diet (high in fats and refined carbs, low in fiber), and takes them frequently due to the sheer volume of food she consumes.
With mudbutt, it's hard enough to wipe yourself clean afterward when you can easily reach your own ass, but due to her size and limited mobility it no doubt takes forever for her to do a totally inadequate job of wiping herself. So not only would she take forever in the restroom, but she'd come back to work still smelling like shit, and god only knows what kind of mess she left in handicapped stall (because you know that's the one she always used--she won't fit in a normal one). We already know she has bad hygiene and a love for cheap, celebrity-branded fragrances--can you imagine working in the same space with that all day?
And if she was taking too long in the restroom every damned day, she would have consistently kept failing to meet whatever production quotas she was under, which would have given the company a clear cause for termination that's extremely hard to argue against.
