pretty sure that's not how it works. worst case would just be if his PO finds out about him telling the story with seemingly zero remorse (actually, bragging about it) and then making a mental note. any consequence on that issue would probably be indirect at best if at all.
it's an impotent, manipulative control thing because he's an insecure faggot who hates women. he's more just trying to make sure that april didn't talk to keanu at all. i don't think there ever was an NDA, and as has been said in this thread before (i think by @AnOminous) any sort of "NDA" nick might have cooked up would probably be worthless in court. he probably just wants to know how much keanu knows so he knows how much of the narrative he has to try and control.
Ultimately she had text messages between her and April that showed Nick in a bad light and it was making him go nuclear. Some of her one liners were also effective.
I'm not sure I remember a lie. Back when April was on Twitter he was saying stuff that hinted he had pulled something over on the state. Like "According to the state of Minnesota..." something along those lines. April, I think, also said something similar.
I assume Nick's embarrassing attempt at hollering would be a decent illustration of how he deals with people disagreeing with him when not streaming.

Almost without fail when people say they want to avoid drama they absolutely LOVE it and thrive on it.
All she had to do was be the sane person in the room and that's exactly what she did. I really respect her for remaining calm, it was clear that Nick was trying to get her to get pissed at him and lose her cool but she was composed the entire time.

One intolerably dull but otherwise unremarkable midwit was more than a match for what Nick has become and those willing to publicly associate with him
to be fair, that doesn't really say much about anybodys skills (or lack thereof) at debating. nick has put himself in such an impossible and indefensible situation, even a 200 IQ nobel prize winning genius orator would have a really hard time trying to argue his way out of the clusterfuck that is nick's life.
