Personally I really liked the atmosphere. Post apocalypse cyberpunk is rare enough as it is and the characters are likable. Gameplay wise it's more DMC style of being satisfying rather than hard.

At least two of those were considered gooner games. Atomic Heart for the sexy ballerina robots, and expedition 33 for one of the main character being a woman with bare feet*.

*I'm not sure if I buy the trend of anything that can be read as a fetish, is fetish material. But it happened a lot in the past in subtle ways, and in recent years we've had wokescolds throwing their fetishes front and center. I'm fine with this. I had more fun with The Surge and Lords of the Fallen 2.0 than any of the official souls games.

If you can get Nier cheaper, that might be the way to go. I was waiting for them to remove the DRM.

There's a free demo on Steam. Play that before complaning about the game, retard.

It's also got deeper gamplay than Nier:A. I was genuinely surprised by the bit I played. You can't just infini-dodge or jist parry. You actually have to time it correctly to get a frame advantage, loke on Street Fighter 3: Third Strike with the parry system. Also, combos are important when fighting enemies.

It's actually great. Again, play the free fucking demo on Steam to try it out, tou bellend.

Lol, deeper gameplay? Nigga what are you on, also that parry mechanic sounds like something out of Sekiro or MGS Revengance. So the, the stupid Koreans couldn't even make something original.

And? Not every game needs to be original to be good. People unironically buy the multiple versions of the same fighting game over and over. If it's good, it's good. No need to innovate all the time. Just make a solid good game, which is what SB is.
