There is no definitive proof what their initial plan or understanding of Phil was. I legitimately think PPP was serious about his efforts of turning Phil's fate around, at least for a while until he realized the lost cause. He also admitted to look a bit retarded now after the fact.

I think it was 100% the case that he thought Phil hate was played out (it was) and from the outside looking in, overblown (it is), and that it would be funnier to be a contrarian and fuck with Phil's highly autistic haters by glazing him than just pulling up his videos on his show and calling him a retard (this was much funnier)

However, despite giving phil a 100% genuine chance, it was IMPOSSIBLE to make it work as he planned because Phil is just that insanely unlikeable and he shifted at some point to the snake plan.

I think the bigger issue than being too unlikeable, in this case, is that Phil is simply not willing listen to anyone for anything, being too full of himself and stuck in his ways. Once it started becoming apparent to the Kino boys that Phil wasn't going to take their advice, they cut him loose.

To hear Phil tell it his mother has been on death's door for years and if memory serves he has talked about going to Connecticut to see them 'one last time' for a while before that as well - depending on how things go he might cross that line before they pass, I could see him running a scam fundraiser for their made up medical expenses or a Connecticut trip they were already going to cover in full.

To expand slightly on my previous post, he hasn't known true hardship because he's been conditioned to being bailed out every single time. Just look at how many times he's thrown a temper tantrum over a single low stream, then on the very next one a 220 is almost guaranteed to reward his terrible behaviour. Just imagine if he found himself in a position where it's weeks until your next paycheque and you need to choose between food and heating. Then we'd see peak beg (and a shitload of karmic justice to boot).

The history of his search engine likely started with me. I was fascinated to see what he talks about during his pre-streams that are usually more than an hour long but in written format. The past week or so I noticed DSP's live viewer count being pretty low at random moments, so since I was bored while battling the flu , I decided to dive into this a little deeper. This also ties into the observations about how utterly boring and low-effort his streams are.

I went through the archived re-streams and took the live viewer count from his own channel (DSPGaming) at hourly intervals, and these are the results. Not ground-breaking stuff by any means, but I wanted to share this anyway.

Long time lurker so my opinion is worthless but I came here to comment that I genuinely believe the well is drying up and he is slowly realizing that there isn't going to be enough money coming in to keep his basic necessities paid. The recent crash out proved that we're speeding towards critical mass of where there's going to be a point where his dents just stop caring about him and move on. People are going to continue weening and giving him money, but it's going to be not enough. I say there's a really good chance we will get an "emergency stream" of some sort by the end of this year; eventually DSP is going to try to pull a stunt to save his nonexistent relevancy.

I'm inclined to disagree about the well drying up, although I am curious if he can keep up counting all forms of support towards the goal. I bet at some point this year we see the return of tips being the only thing that matters.

And people that have followed this weirdo told KC that, however, they wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Hell, even his dents told Phil that he's being used as their personal jester. No one won during the KC arch, which thank God it ended, as Phil's true arrogance came out and Jesus Christ, it was even more annoying than usual. Also, the money was coming in and when money starts flowing in, the arrogance and "I'm a successful businessman!" comes in.

Now, when Phil feels the "Man, I really need to start cutting down on spending" comes in, can't do that. Phil is used to having a certain lifestyle and wanting a certain income coming in. I want a pair of double's D's in my face constantly from a smokeshow but I don't see that happening without having to pay for it.

I don't think the well is drying up, as I do think he can make his weekly phone call to his mom, and his mom sends Phil more of his dad's money to float him for another week. I do think his dad continues to work to support Phil and I do think Dave and Linda have gone through their retirement to support Phil. I also think that Dave has to continue to work because he has no choice, as he's burned through his retirement savings to support his loser son, as I'm sure Linda has told Dave "He needs our help. He's our only son."

maybe... he's getting his parents to give it to some people to upkeep his "im good at life" thing they always have. does anyone really believe he was smart enough to be a validictorian? I mean he can scheme his way a lot but, hes pretty dumb though. Ive heard they paid or like they can pay to get people's grades for them especially in private schools. maybe its the same idea and he's full aware of it and anyone scammy enough to do that for their kid, would do that for them later if they knew about it and asked them too. it would just be them still taking care of their little spoiled bitch.(like familia dsp says).

Phil Burnell (White DSP & White LTG) is widely known as a prolific internet panhandler and for a long time his streams have "evolved" into him spending most of the time pushing his "fans" to give him "support" (financially) and actual gaming has ended up as some sort of secondary content.
His usage of the word "support" has literally peaked out and can be charted as such on PigPigGo.net (the dedicated search engine for all things DSP related):
