I am from the future. This has yet to happen. My money is on early-to-mid 2026, assuming the backlash becomes big enough that he goes nuts over it.Over-under on a mid-2025 troon out?
Threatening legal action is legal and cannot be claimed to be an illegal threat towards someone, because you're essentially just threatening someone with due process. But if you actually say what you're threatening to sue them for, then if it makes them look very bad, they can take their own legal action and seek a declaratory judgment. It's not really illegal to threaten to sue someone, is it?
A reminder that Mald's last stream needs to be archived. I'm not doing it I'm out of mana.
@ me if you ever need something archived, I've downloaded them. They're massive and I'm not going to break them up and put them here unless there's a real need. No one is going to watch 20+ hours of Mald and his janny. I'll try to upload them to gofile for now. It's slow, though. Also Kronos streams. I think on 7/3 he was going through Malds unban requests live on stream.

The King of Kong is a magnanimous ruler. He will accept a settlement, predicated on the following terms.
if you don't know who this Sungrand guy isJerrel/Sungrand Studios (shovelware developer disgusting as a professional) attempts to insert himself into Malddrama again
Someone said they'd just put a sticker on the box with a warning like that and it wouldn't make a difference. That's partially true.OR companies should be forced to tell you that the game will die and give you expiration date and you change the word "buying" on "renting"
Which is less likely due them not knowing the date themselves and the hit on sales that they will get.
Honestly, so long as the customers were refunded, that's all people really want. Either they let those 5 people run the game themselves, or give everyone their money back.Out of curiosity, what do you think should happen to games where both the devs and the players think it's dogshit? Like Concord. Sony refunded all the people who bought that game and killed it- is that enough to relieve them of their burden or should they also be forced to let people host concord for the 5 people who actually liked it?
It's funny that he's so adamant on his reputation, "These people are denouncing every accomplishment I've done when there's physical evidence to the contrary".
