I'm not sure how you can "expose" someone who brazenly acts like a pedophile on stream. What could the exposé actually be? "Oh, he did some tax dodging in 2014." The man publicly stalks children, and nothing happens to him. So unless it comes out that he did something Jeremy Bicha-level heinous, nothing will continue to happen.
Well, he's *talked* like a pedophile, but so far as we know, hasn't *acted* as one (i.e. actual acts of pedophilia rather than just statements in support of it). So I would consider that exposing him, even if we already know it's likely.
(I guess that's what you mean by Jeremy Bicha-level though.)

It's just Toe being able to show he wanted to settle things amicably but they doubled down and probably made it worse since they acted belligerent about it.
Aaron's case has merits, but I suspect he's scared of how much the case will cost. As right as Aaron may be, his opponent has as many resources as his parents will give him, which has proven difficult to exhaust.

A restraining order (shouldn't) end up being a long, drawn out process. The temporary one was granted, there will be a (30 minute apparently?) hearing at the end of the month, x2 for Aaron, and the judge goes yes or no. The cost would be documenting the evidence. The settlement maybe seems a bit weird, but any reasonable lawyer would find a way to grease the wheels of justice and make things easier (and cheaper) for everyone.

The cheapest move for these two three idiots would have been just to shut up, but we know they're incapable of that.

Montagraph's case, according to Nick, should've been dismissed because "it was an exchange of insults" on the Internet and not a proper diagnosis on whether or not Monty is a pedo. Despite all of that, Nick still stands by what he said.

Nick is burying the lede

He got sued because he accused him of being a pedophile, not for calling him a retard. Despite "standing by everything he said" he's sure afraid to actually say what he spent 6 figures and a house to defend his right to say.

He wants his audience to think that Monty sued because Nick called him a retard.

I get the impression that pissing off the Podawful contingent is more serious than merely having all of Kiwifams “disappointed” in you.
Jesse might just fuck with him directly.
How would Jesse fuck with the skelly freak? Send them UberEats? Diapers? Cleaning agents for the household? A bag of potatoes?

It sounds like those KEEEEEDZ won't be dirty and starving for any longer!

Hopefully Aaron has a bulldog attorney like TUrtleboys Attorney Bradl or Attorney Bederow.
You dont need to be a bomb thrower to take on Frank White. It wouldn't hurt, but its not necessary.

This dude seems legit. He at least went to a decent school for the area, got some props there for exceptional oral advocacy skills (not the kind Nick would like) that it'd take to think quick on his feet in this type of hearing, has had more cases in MCRO than Nick and the Barneswalker combined, and has had felony drug prosecution experiences in the windy city that should have left him knowing crazed junkie antics like the back of his hand, making it easier to paint Nick with that brush in a way district judges are all too familiar with. Not that it matters much when even F. Lee Bailey himself would be hard-pressed to salvage this dogshit case, but a pro should at least be able to take all this sanctions talk off the menu.

Oh, and after the whole game of hopscotch passed these cases through Judge Maas, Judge Pearson, Judge Cashman, Judge Wang, and the quintessentially Minnesotan Judge Ole Tvetson, the new judge appointed for both rescheduled hearings is one Michelle Clark out of Douglas County, with just the former-prosecutor background and just the meth-central caseload to also have a keen eye for crazed junkie antics like Nick's and be having none of it. Plus we all know just how funny he can get when it's a woman telling him what not to do...

So did this nitrous huffing limp dicked skelly get it from Motor Bee Bee (an Asian escort he met in Vegas) or Sweet Minty (a Minneapolis escort and OnlyFans whore)?
It was Jamaica, they also convinced him he got a (male) stripper pregnant and forced him to pay for the abortion.
Imagine trying this hard to look like your hero.

> Female judge
Isn't looking too good for Nick

You can give me late stickers for a month old happening, but someone else in here has to have made a meme of Aaron's mugshot looking like a Dark Souls invasion, right?
Post pics of "Dark Souls invasion" because I know as much about Dark Souls as Nick knows about traffic law.

Bless you for this MNPR!

Quickly checking MCRO, Ross William Montgomery has 85 publicly cases in the past two years, the actual number including confidential action (TRO/HROs) is likely much higher.
He's handled a good mix of cases, plenty of family / criminal / civil actions. This guy knows the courtroom. He's a noted orator.

This guy could spar very well against Barneswalker, who if I remember correctly in transcripts, was stuttering a lot and recalling his own words.
I give props to Aaron for hiring this guy.
