That's normal for game jams, most of the time 90% of the submissions come in the day before the deadline.Latest game jam only has 3 submissions at the moment with 10 days left.
It was none of my post.Hey, it was the bulk of the post to be fair. Like I said though, you're still right about Jason being ugly.
As I remember it, this game has multiple ways to solve the puzzles but somehow the solutions Maldy always found matched the solutions from a guide that was available and he stopped playing before he got to the randomized puzzles at the end of the game that he couldn't just cheat at.Off topic, but is there any proof of Jason cheating in the Witness (as claimed in this video)? The only thing I can remember from half a year ago is one clip where he couldn't solve the puzzle, went off camera for some time, came back and solved it. But I played the game for the first time around the same time (I really liked it) and I've had these moments as well because sometimes you really just need a break to solve a puzzle.
The thing I found suspicious is that Jason, the puzzle master, hadn't played the Witness until that moment. It's more likely that he had played the game before and knew pretty much all he needed to know.
The guy who wanted to study bugs is now fully triggered by internet randoms saying "roach"Here's some Mald lore going all the way back to his aspirations of becoming an entomologist ("research too hard" so he went to get a nepo job at Blizzard instead).
A phenomenon I've witnessed multiple times is when streamers will have their chat spammed with tranny flags on twitch and they dare not say a word about it. Not even a "please stop spamming chat". It's a hostage situation.
The dog's not meant to be the villain, I think. The game's main plot is you trying to rescue its soul after beating the shit out of its corrupted counterpart. He's also based off of Shaye's German shepherd who died (a large brown dogUhhh, if this whole game is just mald projecting, is mald painting his dog as the bad guy? But for what though? Turning him into a furry? But the dog died...did mald molest it to death? There was that screenshot of mald saying how brown colored huskies turns him on...right?
It’s not that it happened once, it happened for every moderately difficult puzzle in every puzzle game he played. He’s stumped and then you see him eyeballing chat and all of a sudden he has a eureka moment.Off topic, but is there any proof of Jason cheating in the Witness (as claimed in this video)? I think that's Animal Well you're talking about. It took 10 days for the community to solve the secret ending and then Maldy completed it all by himself coincidentally on the same day a guide was published for it. There was also proof of him cheating in Outer Wilds and Tunic but I don't think he was properly called out for the Witness apart from in this thread. He was solving puzzles in like 4 minutes that took entire communities of actual smart people MONTHS to figure out together.
*opens mspaint*Here's some Mald lore
Of course not, there's never any proof of him looking up solutions, because that would basically require him to out himself by accidentally streaming his guide.Off topic, but is there any proof of Jason cheating in the Witness
He’s on a downward spiral hype train. Gotta keep that hate going, he’s looking to break the record.Every time the flames start to die down, he finds some way to reignite them it feels like.
The best example in Animal Well is how he notices a poster in the background and says "It's a map". The whole Albino vid about it is pretty good. But for example in Animal well, he travels across the entire map because he's suddenly decided to solve the puzzle of the "wombat", which just happens to be the next step he needs to do in a series of puzzles. "Actually chat, we've been calling it a wombat the whole game, but I believe it's actually a groundhog, because it refuses to come out of his hole." umm okay. "Wait a minute guys, wait a minute. I just got a crazy idea. I'm going to change my system time to February 2nd, which I do believe is Groundhog Day. And now we reload the game... AHA, I solved it. It's such a clever puzzle guys!"
Mald vindicated Yandere dev coding skills and work ethic, the only line Mald still has to cross to outgun him is chasing after minors in his audience. Is there an apology form I can fill for slandering yandere dev's coding skills?
