I would say it depends. If Leto's addicted to the kinds of content that he consumes, which is what I expect due to things that came up yesterday, then he's just another gooner. The father you go down that rabbit hole, the more you'll see people committing certain kinds of crimes to sustain their addiction. If he is, in-fact using these different strats, then it wouldn't be a stretch to see the occurrence of those kinds of crimes rise around his geographic area, which I'm looking into now. If it's a baseless accusation, then so be it, but if not, then I'll probably post about it again.
 
I think when people start blurting out suggestions they're not really considering what needs to be accomplished.

1. Reduce impact to regular users.
2. Increase response time
3. Decrease reliance on me.
4. Reversal of assymetrical nature of time spent (my time = valuable, his time = worthless).
5. Escalate law enforcement involvement until he is a non-factor.

This means creating solutions which reduce how much time is needed to resolve an attack, and allow other people who are not me to resolve the attack. It also means making it easier for admins to stop attacks than it is for him to conduct attacks. The solutions proposed need to not unduly burden normal users or people trying to register for the forum. It also needs to fully comply with 18 U.S. Code § 2258A and ideally provoke law enforcement into doing something.

I'm working on a mod for the forum right now that will provide a bunch of tools for creating NCMEC reports automatically. It will take a few days to finish.

A part of this package will also be some miscellanious adjustments to how XenForo works to kneecap his efforts.
 
Jersh, I know a very skilled team of tech professionals from Kolkatta, they're willing to work for Rupees on the Dollar if you give simply do the sneedful and give them sysadmin to the two drives that KF runs off.

Build off the image approval system, essentially recruit a bunch of people to be "jannies below jannies" so to speak, that is regulars who've been around for 2+ years and have say 200+ posts who have the ability to approve or reject images. You minimize the waste of your time while his spam efforts become a non-factor as they're caught by the army of unpaid border guards while regular users get marked as trusted or have their images approved within minutes. Anyone who spergs out simply gets removed and banned.

Idea #1: Something like Cloudfare's AI Labyrinth where the farms is filled with invisible links to nowhere that normal users can't just click

Idea #2: Something that appears to users as "DON'T CLICK THIS OR YOU WILL BE BANNED" but appears to web scrapers as "totally legit David Hoffman thread"

Idea #3: auto-ban for doing certain actions at a certain speed, like if an account is speedrunning from registration to first post in under 10s, straight to jail

This would result in numerous regular users having to actively engage with CSAM and part of the issue is these images getting onto the server in the first place, not necessarily that they're visible.
 
I wish the "write a code on your hand and submit a picture to have your account activated" wouldn't be so labor intense for the mods because then we could flag for mockery people who have hands that are fat or otherwise nasty.

I'm sure someone said it already in this thread but it wasn't Keffals who was doing all of that it was LFJ running everything from behind the scenes while using Keffals as a figurehead and public face for his tactics.

Basically what we're going to do is get a few people I really trust who have access to the NCMEC system and then I'm going to add the 4chan style "global rule violation" super-report for all senior users in good standing which can quarantine the post, its attachments, and the user until an Incident admin can respond. If you abuse this I will personally fuck you to death.

The FBI doesn't rape Twitter jannies when they look at child porn, and considering that Drumpf is currently in charge and big tech is falling in line I doubt LFJ or anyone else would try to start #DropKiwiFarms2: Child Porn Edition. As for them getting onto the server at all, the site ooperator isn't responsible as he has a system made to filter it out (Which would presumably autodelete them from the servers) and safe harbor provisions (Though they might not apply here) for that and any legal case trying to use that as an argument would fall apart, combine that with hash bans and there's only so many images of CP this fag can upload before he runs out of his stash (likely in the tens of thousands).

Can you track it by their image hashes and immediately bring it to your attention? At least that way, you can theoretically stop it as soon as it happens

How would I know what it looks like without having an entire NCMEC/FBI database of child porn? No, you're suggesting I build my own Microsoft PhotoDNA. One day I'd like USIPS to get access to that but until then I cannot do this.

I discussed all this earlier in the thread btw. I did this already with 9chan. The guy (who I now believe is this same person) spent literally all day for weeks just fucking with it to see what could get through.
