I get you fam. It’s called ARFID. Im trying to pinpoint what’s bothering you to see if there’s any vegetables that are similar in textures/flavours you’re already used to that you can try. That way it isn’t overwhelming to the senses, I feel Sauerkraut that has been recommended or the assparagussy you tried are at an advanced level since they’re quite pungent lol. Do you ever chuck fruit/nuts in with your yoghurt? They’re also a good source of fiber if veggies is an absolute no.
