Why is he skipping mario sunshine? his supporters have been throwing cash at him why would he upset them? just do it like once a week or something. Absolutely astonishing that he would even consider not playing Sunshine.

Do we know what happened with the Circuit City job? I know he was fired from the mortgage company. He was fired from Best Buy. He was laid off from the helicopter repair company, but seeing as that seems to be a restructuring and reorganization as ownership changed hands, it was probably an excuse to get rid of him, so "fired" as well. We was "fired" from Ad-Sense, and "fired" from Machinima. I'm just curious if Circuit City belongs on that long list of DSP failures.

I looked it up, Fairfield's honors program only requires a B/B+ average in the 1st year and the substitution of a few social science electives. More importantly, there were zero requirements needed to remain in the program.... completing the honors classes with straight "D" grades, or his GPA falling below 3.0 after he was in, would not have disqualified him. As anyone who has attended an American school can confirm, a B+ average in entry level English and Calculus is trivial.
Just like his EVO 2004 "win", Phil's accomplishment here really doesn't stand up to scrutiny
A lot of people seemed to miss this post. Getting a 3.0 your freshman year isn't that hard, especially in a non-STEM major.

When he talks about Sunshine he is saying "There are people (Detractors) who WILL spin this shit negatively but I PROMISE to you that I WILL do this Sunshine Playthrough when I can keep my house, paid my bills, let Leanna 2.0 move in, etc."
He is using Cult tactics to "prepare" his sheeps for incoming "attacks" from other people so they will defend and further support him.

This is a very poweful sales and advertising message.
This is why you can't convince people to change their political views.
They´ve chosen a leader and that guy will tell them that everyone is wrong and he is right.
And his paranoia will always tell him that everyone is against him.

Eh, Phil's fans are mainly stupid ESL children and sex perverts who'd rather fuck themselves over than use that money or time for smarter things. I don't really find it sad or annoying; I just find it rather amusing that they think crippling themselves for a man who will never care about them outside of their money is 'winning'.

This was the first recent example I could think of DSP showing the top of his head, the PSVR setup stream in October 2016:
Patreon goals have to be profitable on YouTube & Twitch now, it is no longer 2015 where Patreon is 'a bonus'. This is why DSP whined so much about Danganronpa 2 and set up this Patrons' Choice with the provisos of no Japanese centric games, no long playthroughs etc. This is also where he fucked up, because he should have barred playthroughs where he can't make YouTube money e.g. Nintendo's use of ContentID.
DSP still has a Wii & a WiiU. However you can't play GameCube games on WiiU (bar hacking the Wii side & running some form of GameCube USB loader), and DSP can't capture from the Wii - it doesn't do HDMI output natively, and he no longer has a component capture device.
Competent DSP could use Dolphin and emulate it with higher resolution graphics & probably even a widescreen hack... but that'd mean figuring out how to capture without thrashing his CPU as GC emulation will still take a decent chunk. So that's out because it'd show he could have been playing PC versions of new games all along and that it wasn't a $3K lemon.
Reality is DSP will realise this fuckup, whine that he has to buy some component capture device, maybe get a fan to donate one or some way to have the Wii output HDMI that works with GameCube games, and only then can it happen.

What you're saying is anecdotal (and thus cannot predict for him) firstly, and secondly I think anyone who's not 12 years old realizes that a bald spot doesn't mean he will completely lose all body hair.
