Illegal drug makers in China are mixing heroin or pills like hydrocodone with a fake form of fentynl-it’s not the same stuff as prescription. That’s why it’s so dangerous, people either don’t know it’s there or don’t know how much they are getting and neither does the seller. That’s why people with high tolerances are dropping dead.
Even in its legal, more stable, prescription form it’s very dangerous, one can OD instantly and silently. I cannot imagine a doctor who has any knowledge of this guy’s personality prescribing it to him. There is zero chance he’ll take as directed. Even if he gets the patch, even if it’s the kind one can’t chew, I bet he’d put five on at a time.
Fentynl comes in a time-release patch, but it also comes in a lollipop version, and it comes in a sublingual spray. The last two are only to be prescribed for cancer patients and doctors who prescribe it are watched very closely and have to be enrolled in the TIRF program and take a test every year. The patch is easier for doctors to prescribe and is for the type of pain Steven supposedly has: constant back or bone aches. Supposedly it’s not abuseable-still, people have abused the patch by chewing it so they have changed the formulation. Hard to stop a drug addict.
I couldn’t tell what he had; the box wasn’t clear enough, I only know the yellow color of the box typically has the lower dosage.
I’m guessing he’s buying it off the streets. It’s unimaginable to me that any doctor would risk his license for Steven Assanti.
Good news is I hear that Fentynl is a real bitch to withdraw from so Steven is gonna gets what’s coming to him - one way or the other. Whatever happens, I hope it’s painful.
