Too bad this wasn't like his last complaint about this issue, when he felt the need to divulge that he sometimes struggles with self destructive feelings for some reason. "Change Sonic's arms back. I think about suicide. Change Sonic's arms back now."

Soooooooo....in other words Chris's calling this a "boycott" is the same as a fat guy gorging himself at a smorgasbord and calling it a "hunger strike.", Right?

Chris is sonic eternal slave, Sega can make Sonic everything he hates in life and will still buy and play the game. The title screen could be sonic bouncing off dicks and chris would still play it like a good little mule
 
Something happens in the world that Manbaby does not approve of. ManBaby makes grand comment about his boycotting the product until they submit to his will. Sega continues to sell copies of the game as-is and feels nothing. Sega has lots of money. Chris is broke.

I don't see the Sonic fan base consisting of very many younger people. It's like MLP: Something intended for children, glommed onto by cave dwelling adult autistics who give a flying fuck about arm colors and voice actors. It can only fail, because its fan base is made of self-loathing egotists with zero perspective on life and reality. :neckbeard:
 
Retarded Chris antics aside, what's interesting to me is how seemingly everyone here is ripping Sonic a new one, saying his games suck, hasn't been relevant since the 90s, only for autistics, furries, etc. EVERYTHING has a fanbase connected to it in some way, and a good chunk of the fans are seemingly retards and losers (Hello, MLP.) I've never been a big Sonic fan, always been a Mario guy, but some of the modern games aren't that bad. Generations and Colors were solid, and I'm gonna give the new "alternate universe" or whatever the benefit of the doubt before ripping it asunder. Sonic's not that bad, and is still fairly relevant, especially among kids who like Mario, Pokemon, etc. I know this is a pointless rant for an aging game franchise, but remember, "no shit is too minor."

...oh gawd, I sound like Chris. *sigh*

It's weird that aside from Smash Bros Mario doesn't have an especially spergy fanbase, maybe being a fat plumber isn't appealing enough to make OC recolours? Personally I think the Archie comics might be to blame for the really out there Sonic fans.

Also I agree not all post mega drive/genesis sonic games are bad, the GBA Sonic Advance games were pretty fun.

I've never fully figured out why Sonic is tardnip. I really want like a deep and scientific analysis performed by experts, cause shits weird.

I've heard that it's cause he's 'edgy' but like only in the most tamest way possible. Why this one character? The 90s were filled with bullshit "attitude" but family friendly material.

I agree, if being edgy or 90s cool was all it took then TMNT should have a similar fanbase.
 
You guys ever wonder if we're doing Chris a disservice by discussing him on this site and reinforcing the worldview he has of people giving a shit about what he does?
