Twitter 8/13 - How Chris dresses in public

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
So this just came to mind and I told Chris about this and encouraged him to do it.

Taking someone's photo in a medical setting is typically against the law. You typically sign a waiver stating that you won't tell anyone about what you hear or see once you go through the front door. Some places even ban cell phone usage in the facilities including the waiting rooms.

Chris should show Region 10 the Twitter post and report whoever took this picture and posted it. They violated his right to privacy in a medical setting and likely also are in violation of any waiver they signed when they did their initial intake at that office. There can be serious legal implications for the offender.

It won't be hard to find out who took it for a couple reasons. First, Chris knows the exact date and time he was there waiting for his appointment. Second, the offender likely was also checked in at the same time - that lobby is empty so it will be even easier to pin down who did it. Finally - security cameras. Places like this have cameras everywhere. All they would have to do is look at the footage and compare the face to the name.

This would be grounds for said individual to lose their Region 10 entitlements at the very least and could also lead to fines or jail time.

They're likely a Farms lurker and will probably read this. Anyway, I'm already asking Chris to do exactly what I detailed above - welcome to the Farms and enjoy your stay!

This is a bad idea, Bryan is an idiot with a drug habit who knows how to get illegal guns. He also lives near Chris, who is probably the most doxed person on the internet.
So we should let people do whatever they want because they're unpredictable criminals?

If you're normal people, then no, because then you're capable of defending yourself, but Chris is almost defenseless in every single situation..

Need I remind you that this is the man who had to be coached to talk to insurance people, he also took over 30 seconds to open a pocket knife. This is not a man who knows how to defend himself, so a conservative choice of action is probably better here IMO.

Wow, like two autistic ships passing in the night except they smash into each other like giant exceptional icebergs
I legit lol'd. They really are two autistic ships passing in the night.

I don't think Bryan even knows who Chris is, he saw a weird dude dressed as an even weirder woman and took a photo.

Bryan is barely out of prison, he doesn't care about Chris. He has an established career of making lots of money for doing "porn" and making an ass out of himself.

The law doesn't care about the 6,000 dollars and it won't care about Chris making an ass out of himself and getting the attention of more mainstream asses.
At the end of the day, Chris chose to dress like this and go out into a public space and make an ass out of himself like he always does. Some idiot was just immature enough to catch it on photograph.

This isn't the Queen of England's upskirt being blown on a draft of hot air and coincidence, this is Chris, who is has flirted with mockery and stupidity his entire life.

LOL established career, nigga does porn on his OnlyFans account, nobody makes money in porn.

What the fuck brought the 6,000 dollars into this? I didn't mention it at all.

Also, the law would definitely care if Bryan ended up physically assaulting Chris.. Bryan may be a jackass, but he's also someone who doesn't think ahead too much (meaning he has no restraint), and he's definitely gonna own Chris if things get physical.

The Captain was talking about Chris complaining to Sector 10 staff, not the law.

AFAIK, the majority of Bryan's sentence for the gun charges was suspended, meaning he may be on some form of probation after his release, someone tattling about him to his (likely) court-mandated therapy service could get him back in jail.

I was comparing and contrasting that with a weirdo snapping a photograph, but now that you've updated the photo the point is moot.

Chris is like an iceberg,

Moments like this we see the top of the giant inert mass but there is no telling what waits under the water. Imagine what other lulz are lost to us because there was no one there to take a picture. When considering Chris's life, we have very little of it.

Chris's uncanny ability to slide into media completely unrelated to him continues to fucking floor me. To put this tweet into perspective, Bryan Silva (himself an e-famous lolcow) had to happen to be in the same facility, on the same day, at the same time as Chris, sit in the same area of the waiting room (almost directly across from him), and just happen to decide to take a picture of and tweet about the weird looking dude in his proximity, all possibly without knowing who he was. Combined with all of Chris's other cameos this shit is starting to get fucking creepy, gamers.

Taking someone's photo in a medical setting is typically against the law.

What Virginia Statute prohibits one private person (i.e. not an employee of the medical establishment) from taking photos of someone in a waiting room? If there is none, it's not against the law.

You typically sign a waiver stating that you won't tell anyone about what you hear or see once you go through the front door. Some places even ban cell phone usage in the facilities including the waiting rooms.

Even if such waivers are typical... (which I'm not convinced of) it carries no force of law. It's like a movie theater putting up a sign that says "no outside food."

Fines or jailtime for snapping a photo of a weird looking person... are you for real? Maybe he could get kicked out of some program, but most likely he'll get a talking to. No one else thinks this is a big deal. You can't get the authorities to prosecute actual crimes (i.e. extortion, theft, etc) that were committed and you think someone might get jail time over this?

JULAY! Seriously, all of the things to worry about, this is what you pick? Is Chris totally freaked out over this and that's why? I'm at a loss here.

EDIT: that said, guy sounds like fun so I can hope he goes nuts... but the downside is he actually has some serious criminal charges involving violence. I'm not sure it's a great idea to have Chris involved with 'tattling' on him.
