I hope Chris doxes him.
I can totally see Chris shipping the item, getting the money AND doxing him.

That's what they call a Win-Win-Win.

Maybe it's just me but I think the mayor of Cwcville should open up the shopping mall for residents fleeing the storm.
There are more than enough Soup hotels to house all the Sonichus and CPUs, the other residents will have to fend for themselves though.

So you're too much of a pussy to stand up to Chris then. He doesn't have a job to keep him busy all day. You being an international customer doesn't mean shit. He's had a full week to get off his lazy ass and ship it.

Generally, 5 business days time doesn't warrant a resolution center case. Chris has it set as 2 days in his listing but that's the default preset. Most sellers are expected to send within 7 business days. I'm not affording Chris any more leniency than I would anyone else.

Especially since I purchased a listing without international shipping options and Chris made an exception for me.

I get most kiwi users don't like people purchasing from Chris. And I never thought I'd buy something of Chris' but I do collect vintage lighters and Chris listed this one for it's actual market value. As a genuine fan of Chris and his antics, having that neat little history sold me on it.

And like I said before, I would like to preserve a piece of Bob's inheritance if Chris were to find himself in a situation where the house is sold and he loses all of Bob's possessions. I truly hope he's put aside a few items for keeps he deems most significant.

Then Chris should change the listing to mention the actual time. His listing says 2 days, so it should be 2 days. It's not that hard for him to waddle his ass down to the UPS store and ship it. It took me all of 15 seconds to google it and find this: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/shipping-support/how-to-ship-internationally.page

I get that it would not get there as fast as domestic locations, but he could still ship it and send you the tracking #.

I agree sellers should be within their estimated shipping time, but it hasn't gone so far as to warrant action on ebay. I buy a lot of items from small time sellers who both sometimes take a little while longer to ship an item out or make a mistake in a listing. I'm not washing Chris from accountability, but just affording him the benefit of the doubt I give to everyone.

After all, it's just a $30 lighter that hasn't been shipped yet. You all are acting like Chris is scamming me or acting maliciously towards me while simultaneously wishing for me to be doxxed. Lighten up.

Yeah, right. When Chris is homeless, you'll send him a lighter so he can self-immolate. You don't really expect us to believe that you're buying the lighter to keep it safe for Chris. You've got a bowl loaded ready to smoke with it when it arrives. (IF it arrives.)

Main reason why I bought it is because I like it. That's just a what-if.

I doubt Chris will ever be homeless. Chris' tugboat isn't enough to support the mortgage on his family home, but it is definitely enough to rent out a small, comfy apartment. Plus there will hopefully be some equity left in their home despite the mortgage and condition issues.

I actually think it's going to be a really positive change in Chris' life to move out when the time comes. 14 Branchland Court is kind of a prison for Chris at this point.

Last couple sagas have been quite tragic, but I'm hopeful a happy ending is in store for Chris.

Do you honestly believe that Chris's father's lighter means something important to him? Do you really think you're buying it to give it back to Chris after Barb dies? My advice is that you should invest in Barb's blankets, Cole's schoolwork and everything else because Chris might need it on a rainy day when he gets his happy ending.

I don't think it means anything to Chris now, but like I said, Chris can't stay at 14 Branchland Court forever. When the time comes to leave, events will probably be set in motion quite quickly and Chris won't be able to keep the hoard. He'll have to downsize to a much smaller place. I'm hoping when this happens, he does have some of Bob's items set aside.

Chris chose this item to list and sell so hopefully it is of little importance to him. I'm just stating it would be nice to be able to offer it back if Chris ever has sellers remorse. It's not something I'm counting on.

And once again, the main reason why I purchased it is because I like it.

I feel like I'm just reiterating past posts at this point.

You admitted on Kiwi Farms that you are buying something from Chris, so there really isn't any way to save face from that. My advice is to just accept the mockery you'll get from a few people for little while and move on without trying to rationalize it to people.

I was expecting people to shit on me. Although I was hoping for it to be done in a funny way, which some were. After all, the purpose of the board is to have a fun time posting about Chris. Instead I got the situation taken far too seriously and strawman fallacies asking me to rationalize it all out to a point where the thread is probably painful to read now.

The hilarious part about any of these sales with Chris is that actually getting you the product is a hassle and an after thought. The important part is done. Your part of the transaction went through.

He reminds me of Jerry Lundigurd in Fargo:

"Yup the checks cleared and I got the money, so... we're all good over here.."

Back when Joshua Wise and @NinFreakLan were screwing with sonichew canon, they kept telling Chris that people were molesting Punchy.

My question is, why was Chris more concerned with trying to make the allegations disappear than seeking justice for Punchy getting molested by everyone?

The news started riots in CWCVille IIRC.

This would be a good time for Chris to open a portal and send the hurricane to another dimension. Or at least help people evacuate.
