In regards to that photo being when Chris was making an effort to actually look feminine: I actually believe that was when his laziness inevitably kicked back in and he was merely dressing in girly clothes. The time period, IIRC, when he was putting on makeup and such was more towards the beginning of him considering himself a TomGirl, but he hadn't gone full-goose troon yet. A little while after Bob had died, but before the house fire. It seems like when Chris and Barb moved into the rental he gave up on anything that required effort to look feminine and just put on skirts and shit and called it good.

Reminds me of when he watched "Maniac Nurses Find Ecstasy" on Netflix.

However, between some obvious favorites, the list contains some surprises; notably, Maniac Nurses Find Ecstasy pops up. It is likely that Chris rented this expecting porn rather than a cheap Hungarian Troma movie.

Even though the results does look normal, the glucose level is actually bad. Coming from a family with a history of diabetes, having a glucose level of 63 is a sign of hypoglycemia, which means a low blood sugar level. That can cause symptoms like dizzyness, headaches, numbness and if not treated with some sugar substance could lead to the individual falling into a coma-like state that would require sugar to be forcibly placed in the throat so the body would quickly absorb the glucose for the insulin release.

They really, really leaned into the 'basement dwelling neckbeard" idea for that illustration didn't they? Usually for medical descriptions and ads they'll use a normal looking person and just plaster on some symptoms but here they could have just made that hair seaweed green and it would be perfect.

Hypoglycemia in diabetics is a result of taking too much insulin. Since Chris is not taking insulin, if he had diabetes, his glucose would be a lot higher. Without a presiding pharmacist or Dr's signature, I don't trust these results.
