Well dark decided to cry about the FGC and evo again, crying that they lied and said dragon ball fighterz wasn’t the biggest game because street fighter V closed out the night.

Now don’t get me wrong fighterz had crazy numbers but if I’m not mistaken it only had a few hundred more sign ups than SF did, and it still was nowhere near the massive number of people who entered during SFVs first year at evo.

But the biggest joke about this is that despite dark thinking he has a clue about anything, he somehow doesn’t know that 2nd to last is actually a much better time to have your finals on Evo Sunday. It’s during prime time hours for the west coast, it also ran pretty late last year, I remember watching it live and SFV had considerably less viewers, and a decent chunk of that can be chalked up to how damn late it was, you would have to either be dedicated to watching or have a weird work schedule that didn’t have you waking up early to watch it, I think evo ended at like 3AM just on the east coast.

TLDR dark is an idiot and you really shouldn’t want your game to be the closing of evo Sunday because it will most definitely cost some viewership

So apparently Nintendo pro-controller have always been faulty and Nintendo refuse to recall and fix them since they consider themselves above it and no one wants to sue Nintendo for it, even when it is a guaranteed win!

This one is one of the most annoying aspects of Dave's self chosen career. As a videogame streamer he actually does very little videogaming. Yes daily, but overshadowed by prestreams and breaks. Two times 2 hours actual gameplay, 4 hours in total and invests as little effort and commentary as possible in this short time frame, but wants to afford two condos and a rich lifestyle with it. And the rest is begging. Actually, by looking at the amount of actual promised gameplay, it's basically just begging and there is a videogame to take a break from begging. The amount of gaming is like a fart in the wind, recently I even missed a whole stream because I went for a short shopping trip.

I work full time, have to drive to work and back, do groceries, clean the house and go for an early bedtime if possible and STILL have time to play games for 4 to 5 hours, as a non-streamer. Most streamers who do this as their regular job stream for 6 to 8 hours a day, nonstop.

So tell the audience Philipp "Owner of 2 Khandos" Burnelli, what is your pathetic excuse? Is this your definition of "working hard" which you have to do to not lose your house and girlfriend? I am sorry, but this is nothing. This is the bare minimum to even be defined as a videogame streamer. I'll easily call every game streamer's work a "job" if they invest the appropriate time and interest to keep this up, but just for you I call it what it is because you don't invest the necessary time to make it legit: You have no job. You are a beggar.

This is hilarious. He's really trying to pretend that $12k just doesn't exist. It's not like it was some hush hush donation, everyone saw Emerald 7 give Phil a check, watched him fold it and put it in his pocket, then Phil immediately started shaking his change cup.

I was about to suggest Phil order a pizza, since he wouldn't even need to leave his computer, but even that requires human interaction at some point. Plus, he's probably tight-fisted enough to not tip because of course he won't. His money don't come easy.

I was looking at his schedules going back to about two months ago, and after some time I automatically started calling them "Begules" in my head.

I thought it'd be interesting to merge all of his fairly recent begules into one image, just to get a good sense of how ridiculous and embarrassing these things really are, especially if you read them all in one go from the top. I added the dates of each text being "in use" to form some kind of timeline.
