A thick glass window acting as a barrier to any physical contact would definitely be a relationship enhancer too. At least for Catie.

I am not a lawyer or a law enforcement officer, but over the years I have worked closely with both and I have a former officer of the criminal courts sitting right beside me as I write this. Here is what I can PROMISE you has happened: trespassing ( returning to fashion square), you can push this to criminal trespassing (entering with intent to commit vandalism), vandalism, criminal mischief (defacing store display), possession of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon (pepper spray -- while legal to posses in Va. Carrying it at the mall is probably violating their weapons policy -- the mall is private property), assault and battery, use of offensive weapon, assault with intent to flee (absolutely caught in this video). This goes far beyond the get out of autism free card. I would seriously encourage this employee to press charges, this is 32 year old mentally unstable adult here, also the mall security to press charges as well.

He's probably been banned from pretty much every store in Charlottesville and Ruckersville at this point. I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't the first time Chris has pulled something like this.

All Gamestops are linked, obviously. And I'm sure there's security camera footage they can obtain and distribute. Chris could take a chance and go to a Gamestop located far away and possibly sneak in (but really, he's instantly recognizable in that freaky getup of his. It's now as notorious as the Clown shirts), but we know Chris rarely goes anywhere outside his tight circle of turf.

And as I mentioned earlier, the guy is okay now.

I don't think the mall security would have much of a chance since Chris never made contact with them in any way and they arrived after he had already left. The store employee on the other hand has every right though and evidence ranging from eye witnesses to security footage and the phone footage to successfully pursue a case.

I am glad to hear the guy is okay. He looked okay in the video, which is why I thought the spray must have been innocuous. At least Chris displayed customary incompetence in committing assault! That could have gone worse for the GameStop employee and customers if Chris weren't such a chucklefuck.

I am still reeling. And that "Don't call anybody" business blows my mind. What could Chris possibly have been thinking?

Hey, since this may be the beginning of the "Chris is gonna die in jail" saga, does anyone else wonder if he's going to contact his hooker for one last bout of love making? Or has he already exhausted that particular venue?

Am I the only one not surprised that Chris fucked up macing that guy? I mean, if he was really badly hurt with pepper spray in his eyes, he'd have been on the floor screaming. Instead, he just seems to be pissed that his shirt got covered. And that he was actually sprayed by mace.

Spraying mace at a guy's shirt just sounds like a chris thing. Lucky for the guy. I REALLY fucking hope he presses charges, I'll be EXTREMELY angry if Chris gets scapegoated out of trouble by the legal system again...

Those of you who think Chris is getting a free lawyer, you're dead wrong.

Courts are under no obligation to provide you a lawyer if you have any method at all to finance one. Being a homeowner is often enough to preclude you from qualifying for a public defender since you can simply sell the home instead of draw from the taxpayer pool.

Although Chris is not a homeowner, he does live with Barb (who is), and the court may see that she can sell her home to finance her son's legal defence. So it's entirely plausible that if Chris and Barb are completely unable to pay for Bell's representation once again, they may not have any lawyer at all.
