you guys are mean

I joking said a long time ago, both here, and to Nick, that given the number of bad actors you can go after, it would be nice to have our own Peter Thiel.

Then I wake up to news about Elon Musk. Would be funny if he pitched in.

For the umpteenth time, this timeline is wild, and getting wilder.
Maybe there'll be a particularly large anonymous donation...

Yes, but it was Funimation who implied publicly that the investigation was the reason for Vic's termination followed by the infamous "we condemn harassement" statement.

That's why Funimation is being sued, not for termination, but for defamation.

I missed that. I know Sony Pictures America is pants-on-head, but I really thought the firing would be at the Funimation level. I need to look into Denbow I guess.

It was news to me, too. Note that a lot of the things that people have claimed are "errors" in the complaint are actually entirely true, and that BHBH did their homework and has better and more accurate information than anyone else did, including us, and did in-depth research into the legal implications of that information.

For instance, one particular SoyeBoye's lawyer is going to need to do a lot of Westlaw searches on agency-related things like "apparent authority" and "ratification."

In many respects they are actually the best type of firm from Vics point of view. They represent wealthy individuals in their disputes. Either with other individuals or companies.

This is a full service law firm. They are not just lawyers who fight things in court, but fixers who fix problems in reality.

Even though Vic is hardly impoverished, this is the kind of whole situation lawyering usually reserved for the very wealthy.

The weird and dumb idea that this law firm with a state senator as a partner is some joke of a law firm that has never been in a court is one of the stranger pieces of denialism of the anti-Vic lynch mob.

I'll just remind people that BHBH paid a very expensive marketing firm to come up with a logo that would suit their calculating nature and the fact they're willing to go to extreme lengths for their clients.

The marketing firm came up with the Knight's Chess Piece that we see on their website and business cards.

Know what most Hollywood people do to show someone is super smart and like, cartoonish levels of evil?

Have them play chess.
If you are talking about The Rénard Group, the chess piece and shield was already the BH logo.

I still think the logo is related to Ty being a military nerd and the Black Horse Regiment.

I don't think he'd do it like that. I think he'd contact Beard quietly, and a make a contribution directly to the IOLTA account. The GFM isn't the only deposit vector. Beard said a couple of night ago he can deposit funding from other sourced in there (checks, etc.).

NOT saying that happened... but it would be funny if it did, and it hypothetically COULD.

Be great either way. I think it's possible he would. Sure he's a modern "Howard Huges," but he's ALSO the eccentric Howard Huges as well. I could easily picture this guy sitting on his Xbox and pop tart girlfriends watching Nick and tossing some bux just for kicks.

most likely late in saying this, but it is just baffling that some of these people say Vic could have just stayed quiet, waited and slowly came back to voice acting once things cooled off.

You'd have to be delusional to believe that the Kick Vic people are just going to stop. Any convention that announces his appearance will be inundated with messages urging them to drop him.

For what little time I have been following this, I keep telling myself, surely people can't get any more exceptional. Then, they come along and prove me wrong, so I have to ask a simple how? How if they are this exceptional, have they gotten through any facet of life as a whole? Trying to think on how they see things and trying to get into their mind set just to figure out what makes them tick is aneurysm inducing.

And the original perpetrators can't really stop it. If they were forced to try, it wouldn't work. The reputational damage they caused is permanent and irreparable, and that is why they must pay for every penny of it.

Oh boy...

Beth did a bad.

I wonder who round two is. The fake journalists?

You don't want people calling you a sex pest and harassing every company that employs you for the rest of your life? You don't care that you're detonating a bridge with a company that set it on fire?

I just wanna say that even though Ty is our figure head for this lawsuit, let's not forget all the other people at the law firm (who have been on camera or not) that are working to make the legal drill that will pierce these assholes into oblivion. If any of them see this keep it up, your hard work is very much appreciated.

A toast to Jim :drink:
A toast to the Amazon Legion Of Doom :drink::drink:
and a toast to the IT guys for collecting all of Soye's 4 billion tweets. :drink::drink::drink:

I'll say it again for anyone else who may already have. This is more entertaining than any form of entertainment currently available out there. The plot twists, story turns and progression is a genuine work of art.

With the various close ties to Comicsgate. I am hoping there's a full Manga or Comic put out for this. Because jesus shit it would make for entertaining reading.

I'm about 10 pages behind and catching up, but skimmed ahead to make sure this wasn't posted already. Hero Hei video at about the 4:40 mark or so he posts some tweets between Assbat and someone called Eric Vale fighting about something. A side topic makes an offhand comment about Vic and they bring in Rial to sort of mediate or something? I'm not Twitter savvy, but can someone archive this and maybe remind me who Eric Vale is and why this might be significant? Thanks!

It's almost as evil as making up stories to destroy someone with the final goal of inciting suicide.
It will be ironic if one of the parties logs out of life by the time this is done. Ron's dead to rights. If conspiracy is proven, everyone is dead to rights. That kind of weight will be crushing. Everyday it'll be in the back of their minds.

Is there a way to reverse the tide? Yes. But we collectively have to stop committing category error and identify/act on the correct problem. And since SJWs didn't develop the level of power they have overnight, there will be no quick remedy to dismantling it. It's gonna take one company at a time, one lawsuit at a time, one everything at a time in the exact opposite direction of the aforementioned tide.
One of the most important things we can do is to mock these clowns at every opportunity. We need to be doing it everywhere, and SEO'ing the fuck out of our threads. They do this for clout, we need to make them clowns in the public eye.

If your taking requests I'd love one that is a camo puzzle piece silhouette of an Abrams with either weapons grade autism or weaponized autist.
Maybe a Claymore with "Kiwifarms, Face Towards Enemy" on it?

It looks like a PMC logo to me.

My theory is that Justin Y is actually Elon Musk. Dude is super coy about where he gets his money. It would also fit perfectly into this "Top Ten Anime Plot Twists" timeline we seem to be living in.
