Well I really hope we get this next delegation on video. That sounds hilarious. First of all, the info he provided couldn't sound creepier. "I want there to be a swim party ages 12+ (no upper limit) and and and also they should be allowed to be topless OH OH and ALSO no parents because it's a safe space!" But best of all, he's asking for a letter of support that this be allowed to be held at city pools. He's not just making his usual PowerPoint speech. He's asking for a whole letter of support. I wonder if we can find out if he gets it or not.

How can there be no upper age limit while also excluding parents? I mean, sure, not everyone over 24 has kids, but if a 25 year old trans or gay person wants to go to the swim and they find a babysitter for the night they can't go to the event by virtue of having made a tiny human? No queer parents allowed?
If by some miracle he goes through with this, I hope a paraplegic witg their caregiver gets denied entry so they can take him to bchrt for ableism

You are all right. The decisions any of us make in life have more than one reason behind them, whether we're aware of them at the time or not, especially when a decision means we're going to commit considerable time or other resources to something.
It is not a matter of whether Yaniv went into the BCHRT scam for the sex jollies or for the attention or for the money or for the power trip he gets out of wounding and complaining. It is the nexus of those motivations that brought him to an institution he thought would give him all of that. Even pulling two of those factors out of the equation would have left enough incentive for him to pull this shit.
Start Date for His BCHRT Crap
I think the 2013 date is the earliest action found in BC small claims court, where Yaniv first honed his vexatious chops.
Examples: He filed a claim because he smelled a cleaning chemical in his mom's condo building and an East Asian building employee did not fuss over him adequately. He filed a claim because he smelled smoke from herbs First Nations people burned backstage in a small purification ceremony at a venue where he was to give a presentation and venue employees did not fuss over him adequately. He filed a claim against a former business associate for reasons I never sussed out, etc. He liked the number $25,000 very much.
Kiwis have diligently gathered the small claims court filings. The OP has links to some of the earlier posts with filings, but you kind of have to blunder into the others.
Addition: He did not fare well in small claims court, which may add another motivation for deliberately crafting complaints suitable for BCHRT.

Its a good thing his pal Oger is already paving the way to get trans men into womens shelters. Oger already campained to remove the city funding from Vancouver Rape Relief center for not hiring a transgender counselor, something about girls being raped by men not wanting to be counseled by a man after just didn't sit right with him. Weird how neither of them can relate and understand the women's perspective, oh wait no its not theyre men.

An alternative interpretation of this is that it's a very bad thing because the aspects of the trans community who do want to decry Yaniv and police their members can't because of the overemphasis on protecting their own from any threat real or perceived and the fact that in the name of inclusivity anyone claiming trans status must be welcomed into the fold. This is a problem especially for the space where the largest discussions can take place: the internet. Cronyism and power-retention ultimately take priority and fruitful thought is quashed because excommunicating anyone is viewed as violence and turning someone out to face greater danger, so no one can raise it as a possibility.
I couldn't have put it better myself. Regardless of what's between their legs or their politics I'd hope most if not nearly all trans people would be able to come to the same conclusion when informed about all aspects of this mess. This would be a prime opportunity for trans groups to show that very harmful people are not welcome in their circles even if those people are screaming oppression.

I have little doubt that Greer would do something similarly stupid. His benefit is that people think about doing stories on him and realize that (a) nobody would understand wtf he's saying and 2) people are going to pity him because he looks like a mutant. It's not a good look for a hard interview and even having him on at all makes everyone uncomfortable. Sure, Russ is a sexual harassing rape-legalizing self-centered racist boob but normies don't want to be seen laughing at him because he's disabled\deformed. It takes a fair amount of exposure to his bullshit to get over that.
Jonathan has been trying to play that card with all his obviously fake maladies but he's too dumb to pull it off. So it doesn't take much for people to turn when they see what he's doing.
