Same day as Funimations. Oof. I did not expect the judge to do that. It signals hard he has already lost patience with this
I feel like the only reason that the fury of a thousand suns is either being delayed or isn’t being brought is because the judge is an old guy who doesn’t understand the internet nor the analysis skills of somebody like Nick or the Farms.

The accuracy is strong in this one.

At least there’s no Rule 34.

I think the real question about Vic being a public figure really boils down to 2 things.
1) Can a local radio station playing some of your music be considered a public figure.
2) Can video produced by Vic that no one probably knows how popular they are be classified as a public figure.
The one thing I am curious about is can Vic be classified as a public figure due to his music even though there is no allegations related to his music side of things.
What happens in the event that Vic is declared a public figure?

So, how’s that deposition attempt coming along, KV? All I can think they’d want to do is to have him under oath out his sources.

Forget Lemoine, Stan the Man deserves a dozen Fruit Baskets

Edit: better gif for Stan's moves, and because its probably the same Gundam as his twitter avi.

BENJAMIN LANAIR COOK 11/18/1995
556 PAMLICO ST
COLUMBUS OH 43228

Why is #kickvic so active in Ohio? Way back at the start we had the Facebook group trying to photoshop stuff, based in Columbus Ohio. Then we had that guy a few months back trying to say that Vic was charged at Ohayocon, which once again is in Columbus Ohio. And then we have that troon once again coming out with a story about Ohayocon. And that’s before the side shit like the Colossalcon spergery.

This really isn’t a place where something like #kickvic is going to find friendly territory, it’s gone solid red since 2016 and is only getting more red since.

Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three times is enemy action, but what the hell is FOUR times?

can someone give me the deal on the twitter lawyers? like, i am obviously not a legal professional, but why do i get the idea that, even if i was a third party, i would be perfectly right to perceive them as the worst kind of self-congratulatory shitbags?

like doucette. a "conservative" according to his bio? given he is not involved in the case at all, i would welcome his perspective on ways in which, perhaps, vic has "damaged" his case, due to this or that response during deposition. certainly the defendants' lawyers are going to need to mount SOME kind of case, and they are going to need to base it on those of vic's answers which are most conducive to such a case.

but whether that constitutes "damage" is entirely a different question. meanwhile you have doucette here apparently wacking off at every possible opportunity he gets to post a gif calling an anonymous non-lawyer an idiot--"see, i don't think you get it--since you're not a lawyer--vic is totally fucked". and while he appears to represent himself as a dispassionate third party, he clearly has a dog in this fight.

does he just make a point to poke holes from his high horse because he finds rekieta amateurish? his reactions to the utter trainwreck of moronica's deposition give the impression he knows oh-so-much-more than us laypeople. and as i said, i am certainly not a lawyer...but he strikes me as an ignorant tawdry fuck lol.

the other kicker being, no matter how you look at it, vic is an innocent man who was betrayed and ripped to shreds in a ruthless and calculated manner by people he long regarded as friends. so as i said, even if doucette and his ilk wanted to make reasonable criticism of vic's case, i would welcome it for the sake of learning; on the contrary, he seems to relish in belittling normal people who just want to see an innocent casualty of the #metoo war recover from a baseless and vicious attack. this suggests to me he may be compensating for something.

anyone smarter than me have an opinion?

Four is an orgy, my dear Watson

You're overlooking the obvious. Hes just a colossal faggot.

And I remember talking to my dad and my uncle about this in high school. The genders are different when it comes to beef. Guys get over it with either age or scrapping it out. Girls can hold grudges for a long time. Also, guys are probably more likely to say they hate you to your face.

So, we’ve had The Great Meme War (2016 election), GamerGate and ComicsGate (not sure if those are/were “wars” that had names), and now this. Jesus, that’s enough conflict for an entire country’s history. All that’s missing is units, platoons, Battalions, and regiments with their own nicknames and insignias.

Don't forget the time when Vic did this.

Fair enough. My primary concern is with people using mental illness as a shield from the consequences of their negative behavior. DID just happens (or happened, now that the bulk of the users have migrated to Twitter) to be one of the more popular mental disorders Tumblr users liked to "diagnose" themselves with to try and hide from the consequences of being seen as two-faced so I and other long-time posters tend to meet any claim of it with immediate skepticism. The reason for my points was to urge caution with being sympathetic to anyone whose response to criticism is to fall back on being mentally ill.
Oh certainly, it's not a shield in the slightest, nor do I condone using diagnoses as shields. It's a tool to betterment not something to brag about. I'm not saying not to laugh at him, just clarifying how he thinks.
