Cook and drain elbow mac, add butter, salt, and pepper. That's it, that's all folks. Simple but tasty.

It reminds me of something my family called german hamburger where we threw in salt raw eggs pepper onions tomato garlic powder and Worcester sauce and made patties with it. It wasn't until I was older that i realized it was a great way to extend hamburger meat.I've been cooking the "Oklahoma Onion Burger" quite a bit recently, I believe it was made popular in the 1920's when beef was expensive so people stretched it out by mixing lots of onions with their burgers and as someone who loves onions in their burger it's a good recipe.
It's pretty much making a meatball burger, which isn't a bad thing IMO.It reminds me of something my family called german hamburger where we threw in salt raw eggs pepper onions tomato garlic powder and Worcester sauce and made patties with it. For a while I was doing ground beef in inch-ish chunks over a bunch of spinach and onions and stuffCheeseburger Salad. If you've never had it it's basically your standard taco salad but with onions, regular ground beef instead of seasoned ground beef and with Potato Wedges instead of tortilla chips/shells. For the dressing I find using both ranch and honeymustard togeth really makes this dish disappear in seconds.
