I read on a YouTube comment yesterday that Arin no longer associates himself with the egoraptor name, something about wanting to pursue voice acting under his own name. But the thing is, he’s done absolutely nothing to show that he really wants to separate himself from the title: his shitty rap videos are released onto his Egoraptor YouTube account instead of say the Grumps account where he’s more personally involved and I’m sure that most of his media footprint is still under the name. He wants to separate himself from his past without losing the following he accumulated during that period even as that old crowd lessens every day because of his current day self.

The roles he takes are based less on his actual vocal talent and are more just cameos that the shows bring him in to say that “look! We got that internet guy you all like!” and does very little that would be considered voice acting since his vocal range isn’t that wide and uses his own voice for everything.

I think his vocal range is okay....sometimes you can't tell it's him, especially in some of the times he collaborated with other Newgrounds cartoonists. Even his demo reel shows that he can sound like other people that don't sound like his regular voice.

Other times it can be way too obvious, like with that Bruce Banner gig he got.

I’m not shocked about this. If that guy on /v/ was right about DD’s identity he has a Polish-sounding surname, and considering what happened in Białystok not too long ago, the Poles are not so tolerant to LGBT+ people (to put it lightly).

That was honestly such a punch to the gut. Arin preaches about how he LOOOOOOVES the gays and is SUCH an ally but when a gay couple is looking for help, he turns away from them when they don’t support his fujoshi wet dream of a game.

I am flabbergasted by the idiots defending him on Twitter. Every one of them is either trans, a furry or has pronouns in their bio curiously enough though. They also ignore the fact that Arin bullied Pelo by their logic in his response, immediately shut down anyone who says otherwise in an aggressive manner & are dumb enough to keep asking "why is this trending" because they contributing by asking it. Why is Twitter showing me the shitty responses first?

They are desperate for a rooted content creator to "hatch" and come out as a deviant on the spectrum for validating their own behaviors. The troons need a champion to stand up for them in media, and the ones already there(say, the Wachowski brothers of Matrix fame) aren't outspoken enough on social media for their tastes.

In Chat-Mort’s newest video on Arin’s BS Twitter rant, it turns out that someone in Grumps’ crew might have a vendetta.

Another separate anonymous account has been leaking screenshots from someone by the name of Starboy2345, a protected Twitter account that only followed about a dozen or so people. Said account was not only talking shit on the Grumps’ fanbase, but it’s highly speculated (a.k.a. people are 90% sure/it’s a badly-kept secret) that that account is an alt account of Suzy’s because of course she’d be too insecure to actually say that stuff.

Someone recently created a Twitter account by the username NiaShaw16 to share screenshots from Suzy's private Twitter, starboy2345. "Nia" tweeted an imgur link with the screenshots replying to another tweet with a video where Suzy says the n word. The second time was replying to a tweet Jaxamoto made supporting Sir Pelo's storytime animation video, Jaxxy responded to the Nia tweet calling her Voldemort.
Six of her current possible followers are Jimmy Whetzel, Holly Conrad, Mariel Cartwright, Gab Smolders, Tyler J. Hutchinson, and Matt Watson. Given the small amount of followers, someone has some type of grudge with her.

What I imagine must frustrate Arin to no end is that his career has no real trajectory. Guys like Chris and Zach always seem to be doing newer, bigger things compared to what they did before. From Newgrounds to pitching Hellbenders, and now isn’t Zach actually working for Adult Swim?

Arin has done some relatively big stuff over the years, but it seems like he’s never been able to capitalize on it. Yeah, he was on Rick and Morty and the Tester. Yeah, he’s voice acted for some video games and he got a Youtube Red series. Honestly, he probably has some money too. But so many people around him (Chris, Zach, Mick, even Jon and Danny) started out “below” him in terms of fame and success but are just constantly improving and topping themselves while Arin flails around never quite making it to the big time.

There seems to be confusion as to what version of the game he's actually in. Robin Atkin Downes voiced Banner in some versions of the game like the PS2 version, but Hanson might have been in the PS3 and Wii versions. I believe he's definitively in the remaster.

I’ve been listening to Sleepycast more and more and beginning to notice that a lot of the people in that circle (that Arin’s thrown out like an empty pizza box to save face) have the careers that Arin himself is gunning for and has gunned for, and I think that makes him jealous.

Arin wanted to become a voice actor at the level of Troy Baker or Tara Strong? Tomar is a credited voice actor who’s done voices for plenty of shows and anime, albeit not at the top but he still is getting roles.

Animation? A good chunk of the members (Zach, Chris, Spazkid, etc.) are animators and have actually worked on successful shows while Arin blew all of his chances including fucking Disney, a job that literally every animator fucking dreams of even stepping foot into.

Now Arin’s stuck doing a show where he shrieks at Sonic and Zelda while his friend just sits there and agrees with him, appeasing with the PC crowd that is just as ready to rip him to shreds for the smallest of reasons as he loses more and more “love” and control in his channel while his old Newground friends are doing what they love.

I think they changed the actor at the last minute for some of the newer releases of the game. You can still hear his voice if you break into the code (not a 1337 hx0r) or on some older versions of it.

He's had a decent number of voice acting gigs. He did miscellaneous voices in Sekiro and did an NPC in WoW among other things according to his IMDB.
