I was thinking that each post made would be a debunked story rather than collecting it all on one post.
Like for example I'd create the thread with a brief summary of what the thread is about and why along with an accusation and screenshots and evidence as to why it's debunked. Then the next user can make a post with an accusation along with their evidence and argument as to why the accusation is false. Like...a collection of every single thing KV and their supporters have tried to levi against the other side and why all those stories are bullshit.
I'd have no clue how to do that here though.

I believe there are enough of us to cover anything new that may pop up. It shouldn't be too daunting, I hope.

Although I agree it would be a good resource, I don't think that I personally have enough insight into this to make an effective contribution (at least not quite yet, this shit is Byzantine). Before I learned what assholes this crowd is, I don't think I could name a single anime VA.

I am mostly interested in the legal aspect, I learned about it from Rackets YT and just developed a hate boner for these people. Also Vic is pretty likable and nobody likes to see a decent guy get a raw deal.

If you or someone else does make a thread like this, when I come across something I want to deep dive I am willing to make a post about it.

Anyone who is new to this, I strongly recommend reading the OP of this thread which does a very good job of summarizing everything that's happened up to a point right as the lawsuit was first filed.

Any time you can get an opposing witness from "I'm absolutely certain about that" to "maybe it didn't happen exactly like that" is good.

I do know about Mad Black and Sen supporting each other. I'm not sure about TUG (who now has a thread) and YF supporting Mad Black, which this seems to be somewhat likely. Hero Hei doesn't support him. I'm still disappointed in Mad Black.

My advice for those wavering on their love of dubs but don't want to give these companies a cent ever again? Buy secondhand copies. Thrift stores are your friends, embrace them. I am not ashamed to admit 90% of anime I own are secondhand copies.

I'd believe this, but female characters in the original track have always sounded high-pitched and squeaky. Only some voice actresses have deep voices in comparison (off the top of my head: Rica Matsumoto, Megumi Ogata, Mayumi Tanaka, Masako Nozawa), but every other voice actress either sounds like a little kid, or they're using their sultry thot voice (which tones down the squeak, but it's still higher-pitched). As for males sounding deeper, given the amount of soy in their diet, I'm literally shocked this is feasible, especially with the younger voice actors that have come in in the last decade.

I know that public figure can’t be applied now, but this really feels like poisoning the jury pool to get things in their favor, be it have biased people, move it to a better place like Austin, or divide the populace to make Vic toxic after the fact like OJ Simpson. Greg to me seems like the Kick Vic cheerleader, constantly drumming up support for his side so the purge can start again.

I'm surprised about Mad Black's criticism towards YF (I guess his criticism was helpful to YF), but TUG bending the knee during Sen's livestream on August 6th... I'm not surprised. I'm aware Mad Black still is complaining about the Vic situation, which I don't seem to get why he's still talking about it. Perhaps MBA doesn't seem to realize he could ignore the whole thing entirely since he's done with Pedofection and move on to other things.
