That's my guess. Schemmel had liked a tweet talking about how the leaks happened a long time ago and no one should believe they still do that stuff, only for the tweet to disappear from his likes page before I could archive it.
If we know anything about these people, it's that they can't, for the life of them, keep their mouths shut when they're getting dunked on in even the slightest manner. There's no way I believe every last one of them just decided, simultaneously, not to engage in the contravorsy that shat all over them because it was beneath them. In my opinion, that would, and could, only happen if there was a request by funimation to keep their mouths shut.

Couldn't Chuck's testimony fall under hearsay? I know the fact that he heard a rumor about something can be submitted as it's a first-hand account of something that happened to him, but the contents of the rumor itself should not be considered evidence.
