Lemoine is shotgunning terms. Basically "Anyone or anything that was involved with this case. Don't try and be smart to avoid handing stuff over because of pronouns or willful misconstruing of terms. Just because I didn't put the term Xir in there doesn't mean you hold on to it."

I don't think he has. I don't know if the judge has to directly respond to each and every motion, but he's simply ignored some motions after a motion to quash came through (Vic's subpoena for the TCPA hearing, Nick's deposition notice, etc).

Although, in this case, Lemwaaah actually responded to Ty's motion to quash, whereas he was all bluster for the other quashes.

The Sandman case was reinstated. For all our Twitter delvers, did any of LawTwitter express opinions about that case? You know, see what their batting average is.

Also, it is a little late now, but you know that experiment where they genderswapped Trump and Hillary lines? (Hillary's lines came out of a man etc) What if Nick had done that? Found an attractive woman to explain why Vic had a case? Would LawTwitter be tripping over themselves?

I'm somewhat underwhelmed by the development but it's still rather remarkable for a Rule 60 motion for a federal judge to reverse his own judgment to succeed even in part.
