Why is he so desperate for this specific date?

When dates happen all I can think of is statute of limitations. But that’s just me and it’s still 2019 so that doesn’t fit. I can’t think of any legal gotchas since not a lawyer, so I can only assume padding Vic’s bill and whatever makes #threadnought say Vic lost.

It really does seem like it on the surface, not even trying to meme here. He seems very desperate. I almost think he's trying to piss Chubb off enough to throw everything out and just want nothing to do with the case and then force even more time to be spent potentially finding a new judge and thus waste more time and money. Course this is me trying to find logic in something that seems illogical.

My only knowledge of lawyers says that lawyers serve the interests of their clients, even if it’s nonsensical and morally makes you sick. IIRC, Nick even said that when he said “lawyers don’t fight fair” and lawyers are “assholes with no souls” and “if you hate me, that means I’m doing my job correctly”. So this may be Monica trying to stop the man that can stop their scheme to end Vic in every way because they know hiring a hitman is too obvious.

And made a big 30th anniversary thing a few years back? And interviewed a DB translator or something from prison due to the guy being in jail for child porn? (That last one isn’t important. On the subject of Geekdom, I don't trust him, even if he's been saying he doesn't want to be part of the drama he has several red flags around him.

1: Most of his friends are KV, I would say MJxTV ain't but the rest, Kendamu, Ajay, and fucking Terez are for sure.
2: He was friends with MBA before he got cucked by Soye and lost his shit.
3: He's done a shitload of interviews with Funi VA's.

That said, I've always maintained that he should make the first move even if he's still done a lot of shady shit that's near the line.

First, that despite what KVers will try to make up about the nature of their relation, it's a genuine one as she's immediatly happy in anticipation of Vic's own happiness. And, more important for the whole story here, if she's happy in anticipation of Vic's own happiness, that tells me that Vic's reaction is more than simple politeness and that he trully appreciates his fans' gifts...

-Since the media is "third party," there isn't much of a case to connect the smear articles as direct fallout from Lemoine unless Slatosch wants to go to court. Lemoine knows he won't but will continue to provide bait for Slatosch to either comply with his lame requests or react by hiring a lawyer.

DB Youtuber. Anime animation aficionado. Has bit of a temper. Really dislikes the DB Super dub (can't actually blame him on somethings about it but sometimes it comes down to nitpicking). Shining moment was when he got into an argument with Sean Schemmel during an reddit QnA about the Goku Black voice shifting into an Pseudo British voice. Started calling him Mr Hope of The Universe (reference to one of Sean's most infamous Goku lines back in the old 90's DBZ dub). He can be an alright dude but his attitude and smugness can be bothrr. Especially when he complained about "Vic Stans" on his one video about Funimation shit dvd releases of DBZ when they were sharing their same disdain Funi even though it was a different cause.

Geekdom will always be an enigma in this situation. He has criticized Terez for making a big deal outta this and trying to bring him into it. Him and Emosh seem to be friends. Recently he did brag about meeting Vic at this year's Kamehacon (which he deleted) even though he was liking all of his friends disdain over Vic being brought back

Honestly, that sounds petty enough to be a thing that happens. Although, I think the only think Lemon Man will do on his own is go to the media (he got Sharon involved and I believe Vic's thing was he didn't go to the TCPA hearing) while the rest of that is just Monica and Ron (mostly Monica) having their will carried out by their lawyer. And honestly, given that Sean got a Goku VA to leave a previous KC, I'd like to think Slatosch is pretty battle hardened. At the very least, he doesn't seem like a suit that's overly obsessed with image and PR since he invited Vic back, so I'd say his future endeavors look pretty good.
