Would that not be a major appealable point in and of itself. The Defendants are offering redacted billing that the Plaintiff was denied any opportunity to examine or respond to before the hearing?
I'm still dying to know what the Bankruptcy stuff on the billing is. That really seems shady as shit. Like not simply get a strong word from the Judge, but pass it over to ye olde State Board of Professional Responsibility to get their take on it kind of shady. And BONUS! God fucking dammit this gay ass Anti-SLAPP law is horseshit.
What fucking idiot decided "Yeah lets make 100% of all TCPA relevant lawsuits be appealed". 100 fucking percent. There is absolutely ZERO reason to not appeal, cause if the Plaintiff wins, they don't have to pay 6 figures for the fucking Defendant, and the Defendant HAS to appeal because if they win the Appeal, they win the fucking lawsuit AND fees.
Boomer law has encouraged this fucking society. The Anti-SLAPP suit should be decided by a Jury IF the Plaintiff wants a Jury, not a fucking Judge. It completely circumvents the purpose of the Court.

You know, a lot of these I don't know statements are likely because Vic's counsel has tried to handle things for him so he doesn't endure any more pain based on what they find.
@EriMin mentioned something about people coming to her and saying awful things that Vic would be heartbroken to hear.
And I feel that's the case. He handed things off to his counsel so that he wouldn't have to be tormented by it. Yet people are acting like it's such a gotcha moment for them, that Vic really doesn't know anything and he's wrong.
The reality is likely that Ty and co have been doing their jobs as lawyers and making sure that he isn't put under any more stress by people who want to destroy them. And that might have been how he said it or why he answers like he did to some questions, but Lawtwitter and spednoughts had to spin it to make themselves feel good because we're entering the weekend with no news and only a vague idea of what could be happening.
