Anything else I should add to the list of crap that might interest new arrivals? Also any other links for the movie?
That mega.nz link no longer works, it got deleted.

Everyone dies. It's the final and only lasting Justice. Evil exists; it is intelligence in the service of entropy*. When the side of a mountain slides down to kill a village, this is not evil, for evil requires intent. Should a sentient being cause that landslide, there is evil; and requires Justice as a consequence so that civilization can exist. There is no greater good than Justice; and only if law serves Justice it is good law. It is said correctly that law exists not for the Just but for the unjust, for the Just carry the law in their hearts, and do not need to call it from afar. I bow to no one and I give service only for cause.

*Interestingly, the Mandalorian religion as explained in the Star Wars Insider article, "The Mandalorians: People and Culture" by Karen Traviss, features a personification of entropy, Darasuum, as its chief embodiment of evil. This entity is opposed by the Mandalorians' deity, the heroic war-god Kad Harangir, whose sponsorship of conflict prevents the universe from sliding into decay.

But warfare increases entropy, things get destroyed and energy is expended, especially war in such a large and technological civilization as the one in Star Wars. A more fitting devil for this religion would be a personification of stagnation.

Everyone said Michael Gianccino would be Wlliams successor. I think Ludwig is better, much better. He isn't an imitator; he can work within the style(which is Richard Wagner). But, he leans on his own sensibilites; he loves his bass trombones...

Gianccino is boring when he tries to copy Williams.

"You dare doubt mighty Rey Sue's countless abilities?!"
Bitch could even speak any alien language including Wookiee right from the get-go despite being a slave kid who lived in a broken robot all her life who had no means of outside contact and could only make enough money for dehydrated bread. There's literally nothing she can't do at this point except fly. But considering that fancy force jump and cutting off Kylo Ren's tie fighter wing while doing it, she might as well be able to fly.

Maybe they got the setting mixed up with Star Trek and thought there were handwavy universal translators everywhere.

Kylo is with his knights, who have just killed Admiral Ackbar, who was heroically defending the small transport ship that held Holdo and the governor as well as a dozen other crew members.

Boooo. Ackbar should have hundreds of fish grandchildren and then die of old age.

It's ok to simply not use a character when their story is already done instead of undoing them for cheap drama. Hell, I don't think I would have even brought Han Solo back if it meant he had to die. The character should die as a consequence of good storytelling instead of contractual obligations.
After thinking about this - I think the death of Han Solo could actually work in a satisfying way that would conclude his character, instead of simply being a part of another character's arc i.e. Rey or Ben. Ideally he would die in the third film. Instead of happening suddenly as a shocking twist it would be built up to over the course of each film, you know he's going to die and you're wondering just how it'll go down. Perhaps it is established that he is dying slowly, so this is his last chance to do some important and dangerous thing. idk that's all I got.

And apparently Disney's idea was that Leia was the only OT survivor? Fuck that noise. It takes a world of potential storylines and smashes it to pieces.
Oh wait now Leia's dead too.

They're in the final battle.
They do stromtrooper things.

I don't even remember the red stormtroopers what the hell.

And this is the one that replaced them for TLJ.

Doesn't look as disturbing as the headless girls, but I'm not even sure what the hell this is since there's no production or lore info on this thing. Like what the fuck am I looking at? Is it a shrimp alien that scooped out some girl's brain and turned her body into a vehicle (I don't know why Finn is amazed since he could be next) or is this an actual nu-species with see-through heads that lead to another dimension like that time alien guy in Men in Black 3?

Wait... this looks familiar.

20-Eyes Amuncie...

Even the multi-eyed freak from ANH's deleted scene didn't creep me out this much.

The book also seems to imply that the 1992 book The Glove of Darth Vader might've still happened... somehow. So wait, does that mean that the Snoke in the Disney movie really could be the clone of the Snoke from the original book? Does that mean Trioculus might be Rey's step-uncle?

Also the red forest planet we see at the start of Rise of Skywalker is actually Mustafar and its inhabited only by humans now for some reason. Apparently it has forests now...

But warfare increases entropy, things get destroyed and energy is expended, especially war in such a large and technological civilization as the one in Star Wars. A more fitting devil for this religion would be a personification of stagnation.

Of fucking course.
Gotta buy the book to see
That The new Character, Jannah, is his kid.

Then again JJ is so lazy most of us guessed this.

Get the fuck outta here. They look like nothing alike. She looks like Long Beach Griffy's kid with that gap tooth you could fly the Millenium Falcon through on a fucking Kessel run.

Problem with that is Disney has set it up so the rest of the Galaxy's the size of the cul de sac inhabited solely by the same set of recurring characters and a lot of background aliens, plus a really obnoxious and senseless faction known as the First Order. Also nobody gives a shit about Disney's era since its just about Rey and her gang while the characters people actually loved have been shamed and demeaned, and no one wants to explore a setting that treats Rey's gang as legendary figures and only exists to help them win their fight. And like I've said before, that's one of the things the PT has over the DT, in that it doesn't nullify the OT nor the success of the heroes or fucks up their characters. With the ST you can never show Luke, Han and Leia as successes ever again. Their fate as dictated by Disney is to spend the next 30 years after ROTJ suffering miserably as they're forsaken by the galaxy they helped save because of a Bloodline, which is then followed by a struggling Luke's academy being destroyed after he tried to murder his nu-nephew in his sleep which is then followed by a bigger life as a failure trying to emulate a more pathetic version of Yoda that sucks on green tard juice, and that's just to name a few of the many things that have gone wrong. No one wants anything to do with this crappy era or these fuckawful characters, best Disney could do is never talk about sequel shit again until they're out of the public's memory then just claim they never happen and never touch the post-ROTJ period again outside of Mandalorian shit with characters who have nothing to do with the OT gang and nothing that implies the sequels happen. And retcon Dr. Aphra and all the nu-spinoff material while they're at it because Lord knows we don't need the work of Chuck Wendig and his peers BOGGING things down.

They already tried that in the form of Resistance and a bunch of other crap no one liked that failed horribly, because to one's surprise, the new universe KK, JJ and RJ set up with KK's "brilliant" story team is a depressing and godawful shit hole.

Also this:

I mean the whole disney trilogy with the exception of the last one probably only takes place within the span of a few days. TFA as a whole only lasts about maybe 2 or 3 days, then TLJ takes place just as soon as TFA ends (probably 1 or 2 days after the latter) with the film itself only lasting over a period of about maybe 4 days, then you have IX which according to new material takes place one year after TLJ. That only leaves the period between TLJ and IX for expansion which pretty much has already been filled by Galaxy's Edge and it sucks. Also wtf is up with Rey wearing the exact same shit and hairstyle since infancy?

Not entirely though. George was willing to bring back the Vong but its clear the NJO would go through several changes. For one George no longer wanted the Vong to be "immune" to the Force or have their armor be lightsaber resistant, although they would still be very strong and have organic tech, but their overall influence on the galaxy would probably be altered. This would've changed quite a lot (battle wise at least) and would probably be followed by some kind of rewrite or soft reboot of NJO, kinda like what I, Jedi was to the Jedi Academy Trilogy. Some key shit would probably still happen, but the battles and certain events would probably be changed or slightly altered (or maybe it would be a full blow rewrite or retcon for all we know). Also I wouldn't be surprised if George would "save" Coruscant though considering how much he loves it, which is a shame since that's the one planet I was happy to see get fucked and restored to nature.

1 year and a month apparently.

"PLEASE BUY OUR DLC IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE WHOLE STORY BECAUSE WE'RE JUST THAT GREEDY AND OUR PRODUCTION WAS TOO MUCH OF A CLUSTERFUCK TO FIT EVERYTHING INTO THE MOVIE!"

Post-ROTJ is going to happen, there just going to jump far ahead that the ST is irrelevant.

Ya know whst they should have done from the beginning...

My only worry is that they tie Mandalorian stuff, inevitably, with the ST..

Like tying baby Yoda to how it leads to Palps ressurection or becoming(eventually)Rey's first pupil...

I can see them pulling shit like that...

Also the red forest planet we see at the start of Rise of Skywalker is actually Mustafar and its inhabited only by humans now for some reason. Apparently it has forests now...

I don’t think that would be a bad idea, if they made it clear that it was the planets 'ice caps" so to speak. It would help with the single biome planets most sci-fi have.

Actually thinking about it, why not make it one of the planets that got hit in Operation Cinder?

Giacchino's score for Rogue One was bad but he only had 2 weeks to do it. I wonder what Desplat would've done with the original cut.
I'd like to see Bear McCreary score a Star Wars movie.

The music is fantastic, it's Ludwig Goransson. The same guy who did the "Creed" soundtrack.
I'm glad that they didn't hire a Zimmer drone for The Mandalorian.

Let's see how bad it goes next week!
So this is what peak schadenfreude feels like.

Honestly, you could have called it Pustafar in some obscure visual dictionary, and it wouldn't have made a difference, one way or the other.

Rate me optimistic, but I'd go with 70% drop next week at the minimum. The most ticket sales were the diehard Disney fans and the people who couldn't wait to torrent. The only people left to see the film are the autists who will rewatch the film several times to show their allegiance.

A black fucking tranny. Want to shit all over your fans even more, go ahead and do that. Nothing brings black more together in hatred and loathing than a black man pretending to be a black woman.

Not only is she not sexy (black men don't want that afro shit), she would then be a man (which black men sure as fuck don't want that), and try to be a female (which would then piss off black females). This is a 10000% lose/lose if Disney goes that route. The only people that would 'enjoy' seeing Lando's kid as a shemale would be the 12 deranged fucks on twitter who cry about LGTBBQ++ 'representation' and the deluded millenium parent's who believe their kid is 'gender fluid' or 'they will make up for themselves what sex they will be' case we know Disney is anything but NOT subtle they'd probably throw in the time that she was a he and went in for his surgery to be a goddamn mental patient.

Christ, I hate Zimmer. I blame him for so many terrible musical trends...

I don't think Giacchino is bad. I'm sure he can do something really good. But, he absolutely comes off as merely an imitator.

He also did work with the update Star Tours stuff, it was forgettable as well..

Ludwig is superior, imo...

1. I didn't know that the Huffington Post employed Mr. Potato Head.
2. Wonder Woman is the highest-grossing superhero origin movie in history. I'm sure that's the patriarchy's fault.
let's take a look at the breakdown of the box office by gender so.
Thursday night's audience was made up of 48% males over 25, 25% females over 25, 19% males under 25 and 9% females under 25.

It looks to me like this dipshit doesn't know the audience for Starwars is predominantly male. Why the fuck should it have to pander to women?
To paraphrase Brie Larson, it wasn't made for you ladies.

What? You don't like french horn orgies in your films?

Zimmer's last good score was Interstellar's. Indeed, the only thing I really love about that film is its, frankly, amazing musical accompaniment.

You know what? Fuck RedLetterMedia and the Plinkett character.

They're dilettantes whose criticism of the prequels apply just as much, if not more so, to the Original Trilogy. All the while, they caked their "funny" reviews with a smug spicing of superficial film critiques and arbitrary criteria for what makes and doesn't make good stories. And the worst part is that every unoriginal critic parrots their reviews as if they're some sort of gospel.

haven't watched the TROS episode yet, but I can say it really depends on the format. imo something like re:view where it's just rich and mike nerding out is a lot more interesting now. plinkett was fun when no one else did it, now there are dozens reviewing movies like that, especially star wars, which I think is one of the reasons the TLJ episode was so lackluster, everything had already been dissected. you can't really beat mauler's autism.
you also have to remember that jay is the normalfag (which can be interesting to get an "outsider" perspective), but he also brings the retarded normalfag opinions like "rey isn't a mary sue, that's just internet nerds nitpicking" - nigga what do you thing the plinkett reviews were? I also disagree with rich saying you can only do skywalker stuff with star wars (what is KOTOR), but I can see that coming from a more "purist" standpoint and seeing the setting more as an extension to the story than it's own thing.

But when the egg is on their face, they're quick to denounce or qualify their previous suggestions. "Oh," they say, "we never really thought Jar Jar was a perfect fit for Star Wars! Even though we said he was amazing for Star Trek!"

they actually explain that in one of the re:view episodes (can't remember which one, I think one where they shit on STD) - mike's stance was jj can do nice visuals, making a movie that's nice to look at, exciting etc. but the scripts were complete shit. so them saying to get jj with a good script writer and aim a nailgun at his balls whenever he grabs a pen makes sense and I somewhat agree with that (you could even say the same about TLJ). you also have to remember they said that ages ago, when there was a chance that paramount and especially disney were smart enough put a tardwrangler in charge. isn't that what KK and more importantly the story group was for?

not to defend RLM too much (hardly watch their stuff, or reviews in general), but like everything you have to take it with a grain of salt, especially when it gets meme'd all over the internet. one thing they won me over with was their galaxy "review" (I know it's kinda offtopic, just putting it out there for context).

One of the things that pissed me off in JJ's movies are there are a bunch of plot holes that could be filled with a few lines of dialogue:

"How do you know how to pilot space crafts, Rey?"
"When you spend your life taking them apart, you learn everything about how they work."

"Leia, we're worried about this Resistance thing you're doing."
"But the New Republic has no army! We're vulnerable to attack from the First Order!"
"We don't need an army to deal with something as insignificant as the First Order. If we remilitarize we risk another person assuming absolute power and forming a new empire."

"Where did this army of star destroyers come from, Palpatine?"
"You didn't think the countless military assets and followers of the old Empire just vanished into nothing, did you?"

I don't want to have to read the wiki to understand how basic shit happened.
