The site that was Sued was exploited college girls, which is one of the more tasteful amateur sites on the market, the girl that sued claimed that she hadn't agreed to participating in anal penetration in the contract but in the video she clearly can be seen consenting to it during the act. I'm not sure about that other site.
on further examination it would appear she signed up with another one of the affiliated sites of "Facial Abuse" which was faaaar more tasteful, I think the guys running it probably got her to sign up for the initial shoot, she probably figured at the end

Agreed.
