i was wondering if lucas has a jaw deformity because he consistently has a gap between his upper and lower teeth with attempting to smile, like his molars are physically too large to align his teeth (in an attempt to minimize under or over bite) and so he has a weird grimace. likewise the shape of his head and cheek makes his ears all but vanish, so his later pics are taken slightly off to one side so he's a bit less like a thumb.

He had some dental work done. Used to have horrible meth teeth in older pictures. Now he has weirdly decent teeth for a man of his health and lifestyle.

I saw someone on SOFALAW comment that the blackness on his gumline is necrosis, the product of the super-cheap veneers that they do for people on Medicaid.

He could even have a cheap implant/dentures that are too big for his mouth.

God, Lucas doesn't really bring in views. Talking about him does better than I thought it would but people usually go with the "I'm doing the community a service by talking about him" angle. Also my guess is lucas has dentures. They're the cheapest you can do these days. Building around left-over teeth and nursing them is what's so fucking expensive. With modern manufacturing, dentures got really cheap and can look very real. They even put neat little touches in them, like slightly crooked teeth and such, to make them look more real.

So Lucas' teeth are confirmed fake? I always wondered how his teeth looked so maintained despite how poor his health/hygiene is, and how he practically looks like a corpse with his current complexion. Has anyone got any of the older photos of his messed up teeth before or the black in his gums?

Considering how expensive dental work is, and how it's a bitch to get anything with Medicaid or work insurance, I wouldn't be surprised if dentures was the solution for Lucas. There is also the fact that you can't really trust him to maintain dental hygiene, and knowing his status as having MRSA, no dentist or student hygienist would be willing to risk any contact with him. Plus, if his teeth were as bad as people said they were, dentured would make sense, especially if someone can have a newbie put them together.

Dental coverage is great with Medicaid, better than I ever had while working. Considering his problems look like a medical need, it would all be free. The only negative is that many dentists don't accept it, so it could be tricky for someone without transportation like Lucas.

The idiot apple definitely didn't fall far from that family tree.. She's taking an absurdly stupid risk, and unsurprisingly, comes off as very narcissistic in how she talks about it.
