you'd be right if it wasn't for the fact that this is nowhere near correct, he only amended what the trolls have brought up, but he's still hiding 90% of what he's got in his house. He's still not declaring it. He's still committing bankruptcy fraud.

I admit, I'm a bit more black pilled than most on this bankruptcy, especially with coronachan, but is no one else concerned about this amended filing?

I see this as a huge positive sign for DSP. Its a sign that Nancy could have told Rochelle "I cant put this filing through with all these eyes on it in the state its in, you need to have him send me an amended filing with the correct property before I will put this through"

as i have said before, its likely nancy and roachelle have a working relationship. How many clients has roachelle had in front of nancy over the years? Hell they might go to the same lawyer functions or could even be friends, who the fuck knows.

Personally i find the fact the case was converted to asset case to maybe be a bad thing as well. it indicates nancy might be happy selling his junk that he doesnt care about and put this shit through. when that happened i felt it made it less likely to be chapter 13 or dismissed personally.

so really it all comes down to the house, and it wont be hard for him to argue the sale price of the house is not guaranteed to be over the exemption due to the coronachan hurting the market. if this goes through as a chapter 7 asset case, the only way phil doesnt see it as a huge win and detractors and creditors BTFO is if he loses that house. he has said on stream he doesn't care if they take his stupid statues and gaming collectibles. he might whine about the consoles and electronics but paypigs will replace them with better newer models in 1 stream.

That’s a thought that crossed my mind as well: what if Nancy reached out to Rochelle and instructed her to have Dark amend his filing?

I don’t see this amendment as a bad or good update. It’s mostly neutral. He basically filed additional erroneous information but that’s the basis of his entire filing anyways, just continuously piling on the lies and obfuscation.

Without having access to his PayPal statements and bank statements, we’re completely in the dark as to what decision Nancy has to make as part of her final judgment. Dark doesn’t strike me as smart or careful enough to cook 6 months worth of PayPal statements to prove the business expenses he’s claiming on his filing.

But without a thorough investigation, how is Nancy supposed to know what is true and not true? The only thing the 341 Meeting indicated is that the Trustee was not taking the information filled out in DSP’s filing at face value which is a positive (but not guaranteed) sign that she’s at the very least not convinced about the numbers and what they attempt to represent.

From the way Nancy was speaking, this is not her first rodeo with lying applicants. I'm sure she is savvy enough to read between the lines and will ask for more details. If Dave had a regular job for the last 10 years, it would be cut and dried but the court has to determine what is business and what is personal. Dave, being a lazy fuck, never bothered to make sure he strictly separated everything.

In the end, no matter what happens, one thing is for sure; there will be something that pisses Dave off and he will blame his lawyer for "not telling me" or "doing it wrong", instead of his own lies and greediness causing his problems.

I know I shouldn't care, but it really pisses me off that he doesn't feel one bit guilty for filing. He doesn't care at all that everyone else has to pay for him in the long run. He has no shame. If they do approve it, he will celebrate like the disgusting pigroach he is

I do think this amendment lowers the chances of dismissal, though. It at least shows Rochelle still thinks this fraudulent shit can pass though.

I doubt that's how it went down. Nancy has no interest in giving Rochelle or her clients hints about their bankruptcy.

Nancy has probably been inquiring into Phil's various assets. Maybe he got a few phone calls or people showed up at his doorstep and he started to get really worried they might take away his consoles. Or maybe Rochelle called him and explained to him what it means to be an asset case and that there's a very serious risk of losing all of his shit if his filings aren't tight.

In conclusion: This is just Phil sweating buckets and pissing his pants.
