That to a certain extent is true. It's not about helping or giving them special classes, it's more about putting them in the right enviroment so they can take advantage of their talents. If Bob think's it's all about teachers helping you getting better, he's absolutely wrong in every sense of the word. Because it doesn't matter that you have 130 IQ if you work all your life in a farm. Sure, you will be the most efficient and kickass farmer in the whole world but you would still be a farmer. Or maybe even not because your talent is solving logical problems and empathy rather than management.

And even with that, you can have the emotional intelligence of Bob and be impulsive as hell and not being able to contain your unbridled tard rage and that will be your downfall.
