Orbiter 🏳️‍🌈🐱 Nick Fuentes / Nicholas Joseph Fuentes / der America First Pürrer / "Nick the Knife" - CatboyKami's ex. Flipped fed asset after January 6th. Groypers are pardoned for January 6th, still a fag. Kept Ali Akbar, brown muslim boy-hungry pedophile, around groypers knowing what he was. Hates white women more than blacks and jews.

Do these people not understand that social media is a privately owned space? Twitter and Facebook always reserve the right to curate the content on the platform without taking responsibility for it. Deal with it. If you want a platform, buy a domain, rent a server, make a website. Whiney bitch.

That argument falls apart when the federal government in its infinite short-sightedness, has set legal precedents in the courtroom when it comes to social media. Same thing with "just start your own payment processor" when legislation has been written to effectively protect monopolies. Instead of dealing with it a quarter of a century ago, they kept kicking the can down the road, to the point where private corporations operate as a quasi-public utility. Room temperature iq take here, wouldn't expect anything different from you though.

Bootlicking
And when your privately owned website's server cancels you, rent a server. And when your payment processor doesn't process your server fees, start a payment processor. And when your payment processor is no longer honored by banks, start a bank. All this just to express an opinion.

Why don't you roll over so your master can stomp on the other side of your face?

1. Privately-owned public spaces exist
2. The government doesn't have to subsidize a company and can pull their support in the form of Section 230 out from under them (which in theory they should since content is curated with an editorial bent)

I don't actually think Fuentes has a hard theory of government.
He absolutely doesn't. It's all just fantasizing about becoming an absolute monarch and declaring degeneracy to be illegal, and sending anyone he doesn't like to the gulag. No philosophizing about structural changes that might help maintain his little utopia, it's all just ''I'mma wave a wand and everything will be fine forever''. It's a laughably puerile way to look at politics, something you'd expect from an eight-year-old.
He'd march with anti-fascists if they sang the praises of fascism.

That's one hell of an if.
The point is that he agrees with their methods. The problem with Antifa isn't just their ideology, if they were actually peaceful protesters no one would give a shit. They're reviled by many because they engage in immoral and crimimal activities, threatening and attacking anyone who looks at them funny. The average person finds this repugnant because it disrespects both the rights of individuals and the rule of law in general. Nick doesn't subscribe to this view, and it says a lot about him as a person. Other people don't have rights if they stand in the way of what he wants. Laws and constitutions are just inconvenient hurdles to be done away with. Like the Antifags, he seems to believe that the ends justify the means, and that power is its own end.

I wish Josh would exercise his right to curate the content and yeet faggots like you from the site. Lucky you.

The problem is that while it is privately owned it is very much used as a public space at this point in time with people like the president and other major world leaders and stuff using it. If anything it needs more regulations to stop their abuse of power. And then when they censor and take stuff down it forms quite the ethical dilemma don't you agree? It's like being censored in public.

Funny, because I remember Trump blocking critics was considered unconstitutional, but now it's apparently totally okay to censor Trump, at least indirectly, by deliberately targeting and deleting things he quotes. If the first is illegal, the second should be too.

Just because something is publicly accessible doesn't make it a public space. You could say the same about supermarkets or shopping malls. Yes you, the public have access but ultimately if the management don't want you there, you can be asked to leave without reason.

The Second Circuit just found Trump blocking his critics on Twitter violated the First Amendment a few months ago on some grounds of First Amendment right to petition the government and the right to communicate with government officials. There can't be such a right without the reverse also being true, because you can hardly communicate with the government when some private party like Twitter is literally blocking them from communicating back.

Trump isn't going to do shit about any of this. He's been talking about free speech legislation for years and the closest he's come is that weak ass executive order in regards to college campuses.

I love when people basically come out and say "the system is fucked Trump should actually just declare himself dictator now" doesn't matter what he does, people will say he's either Hitler, or not doing enough to become Hitler.

FFS he does executive orders against anti-Semitism (criticism of Israel) on college campuses instead of birthright citizenship! Anti-groyper, anti-1st amendment legislation. How do Nickers square this circle? Guess it doesn't matter as long as the superchats keep coming in.

I dont see it posted here yet but as an almost personal cockslap to nick trump shilled charlie kirks book a day after retweeting someone who is far more famous than nick and that nick is slightly connected too.

Like fucking clockwork. Literally every time Nick simps for Zion Don, Don simps for Diaper Boy Kirk the next day.

"Guys, it's alright. You're all wignats if you think otherwise. Trump's doing his 9D chess thing. Sooner or later when he gets reelected he'll totally dump Kirk and he'll finally promote me - not Malkin!"

Then use a communications system that isn't a data mining operation originally designed to allow college students to stalk each other after awkward sex and is owned and operated by a vaguely human-like robot. Using twitter and facebook for government communications in any form is mindbogglingly absurd. I mean Christ if I want to talk to my MP about a legitimate concern (Congressman would be your equivalent I guess) I can pick up a phone, talk to his office, ask for an appointment, they'll ask him "Hey do you want to talk to this guy Lazarus about how expensive the hookers are getting around here?" and he'll say "Damn right I do! I can't afford my weekly whipping and hide it in my expenses claim anymore!" and a phone call is set up, or an appointment. Or I can email, or write a letter. The point is, none of these methods involves having a childish spat on twitter with a bright orange moron.
