Show them a video of a woman crying over her business in shambles or family member lying dead.
Don't: "What do you think this is going to cost to repair? Look around; it's chaos. Where are these people going to buy supplies and basic needs?"
Do: Repeat at them constantly: "Look at her! Look at her! She's crying. You did that! She's fucking crying. She's lost everything and it's because of you! How could you? She's crying! Can't you see what she's going through? Answer me! She's crying and in pain!"

The former is forcing them to think rationally, to abandon their emotions in which they base their ideals and beliefs around. They will almost instantaneously reject your argument on the basis of directly attacking their beliefs.
The latter confronts them like they confront others. Appeals to emotion. You have made someone sad, and that is bad. You hate doing that. You stand against that. Why are you making them sad? Confronted with an emotion that trumps their own current selfish emotion, the ones not far gone will begin to understand that this is not the right way to do things. You are beating them at their own game of rhetoric with their own tool of emotional manipulation under the warped guise of humanitarianism.

On the topic of fentanyl, I can attest to dosage a little though I'm not sure how the whole Ng thing works- as in how that is related to how much he took/how long ago.

Fentanyl is strong shit, I had a day surgery procedure done a couple of years back and was given 50ug (micrograms) of the stuff with a little midazolam(sp? It's used as an anaesthetic). I was awake for the whole procedure but wasn't thinking quite right through it. I could feel shit happening but wasn't too bothered by it, it was pretty strange to be honest. I didn't even think at the time I was even on a drug, I felt proper normal, but I could look back on it the day after when it had all worn off and see it really does just dull your reactions to shit. I can imagine if you were in some kind of fight, you wouldnt feel the pain as much from whatever you were doing and maybe in Floyd's case, resist harder. But given he was also on meth which is a stimulant his behaviour would have just been a fucking clusterfuck.

That being said it was combined with a light dose of sedative so I can't say what the pure fentanyl experience was like, but given at the time someone was exploring my insides with a camera I can say it made me fully not give a fuck about what was happening to me whilst still being pretty aware through the whole thing. I even at one point just straight up asked the doctor what he was doing for some reason, like we were good m8s or some shit?? I'd never met the guy in my life, he wasn't even the surgeon on my referral documents so I didn't even know his name lmao. It wasn't aggressive or anything, it was super casual like "hey what are you doing to my insides right now man?" Like, now I understand why people say weird shit after getting their wisdom teeth out, they're on way more heavy sedatives so it must be like this but jacked up to 100 lol.

My memory is now slightly hazy though, which I think was the sedative from what I read about in my pre-op shit. I remember everything happened, but I can't quite remember it in detail anymore or how I specifically felt after being given the cocktail of shit in my arm. Right after the surgery I could, but after a couple of days it started becoming a bit of a blur. I've tried my best to recall the experience to people quite a few times which has helped keep some of the memories but I definitely can't remember it as clearly now as I did back then. Strange shit tbh drugs are wack.

Dreams are wack too. Grief, especially, does strange things to them. For months after my parents died, I had intense dreams where they'd show up out of the blue. I'd be really happy, but then I realized that dead people aren't supposed to come back and that I'd have to intellectually grapple with the effect that reality was pretty much broken and I'd have to live with things this way from then on. And I would have sworn to you that I was awake while I was having the dream; it was really freaky. It was only after I woke up that I realized that, no, my parents weren't alive and that reality was still working the way it was supposed to. And for the next few minutes I'd be really messed up wondering what was real and what wasn't until I was fully awake. Those kinds of dreams really fuck with you and your emotions.

Also, I find it hilarious that these people were complaining about people going to work after the WuFlu quarantines saying "grandma might die", yet they are protesting nationwide over an issue that really only affects the city of Minneapolis and their police force and exposing millions more people to the virus than any person would just going back to their job. It's a strange combination of hypocrisy and short-sighted thinking which basically got these retards where they are now and it's probably why they lose 2020. Don't think for a fucking second that just because people don't care about the riots themselves doesn't mean they can't see the hypocrisy on full fucking display of these welfare leeches and jobless goons protesting in the streets while they are either furloughed, laid off or forced to work at home and they aren't pissed about it. Nah I don't think the left is acting just out of emotion or something. The left, at it's core, is coming from sane principles that no on can really disagree with.

Racism is bad. Helping people is good. Oppression is bad. Everyone being happy is good. People have rights. Really everyone can agree with these things.

The problem is they take large, nuanced, societal issues and reduce them down to absurdly basic levels while also completely changing the narrative and start screeching.

"Putting kids in cages is wrong! You're running concentration camps!" Like, you can see the small kernel of truth in there: yes, literally putting children in cages is a bad thing. It would be better if they were put in a house with a loving family and a fireplace and a dog while everything is being figured out. Buuuuuut there are larger issues here with borders, border control, and how to deal with undocumented children, as well as just basic logistics when you have a thousand kids jump the border and fall in your lap. Can't just dump them in big boy prison now can we?

But because they have reduced it down to such a simple line, it becomes impossible to argue about it without being accused of some kind of -ism. They write off whatever you say immediately because, in their mind, you're disagreeing based on values. They think you disagree because you're racist and/or you hate foreigners or whatever.

They want quick, simple solutions to easy to solve problems.
